If he lives, that helmet company play will make a buck Disclaimer, I was watching mad men while making that post.
He hit the pickup so hard it looked like he moved it over I'm not sure the semi driver ever even saw him
he looked out on his bike while his head was hanging out in front and motorcycling seems cool but even if you are careful you are at incredible risk.
I loved riding back when I did Open roads were the best When you are a careful rider, all other vehicles are threats, not obstacles to swerve in and out of like most of these idiots think
yep, and these idiots give the normal motorcyclist a bad rep. Nothing wrong with riding when being safe, the risk is also higher but when you are not trying to get the adrenaline of going too fast i guess it can be enjoyable. I always keep an extra distance when I am driving behind motorcycles. i would never do it, but I am not trying to kill one
Lane splitting was made legal in Oregon in 2020 or 21, but it’s illegal again because ODOT got tired on vacuuming up brain matter on the 5.
AUSTIN, Texas - Austin police are conducting a homicide investigation after an altercation between two people escalated into a deadly shooting in North Austin. Spoiler The incident happened in the 900 block of East Braker Lane at around 1:40 a.m. in a parking lot in the area. The owner of Michelobos, a business in the area, tells FOX 7 Austin that the incident began as an altercation between two women. Video revealed what happened during the shooting. "They're young, dumb and with guns. That's what it is," the man who recorded the video said. "I was recording the fight, but then once I saw stuff escalate, that's when I really started to record and zoom in." At some point, the altercation escalated to a shooting between two men. The man said he saw the transfer of a gun from one man to another. "His friend was not trying to let him get the gun at first, but then he just snatched it out of his homeboy’s hand and that's when everything happened," the man said. The man is seen in the video with his arm extended, gun in hand, walking towards another man. "I already knew what was going to happen," the man said. Nine gun shots are heard in the video and a man falls to the ground. About five seconds later, "security came up behind the dude, like the dude didn't even see it coming," the man said. Eleven gun shots are heard in the video and the original shooter hits the ground. One man died at the scene and another was critically injured. "I just feel bad for both the families because it should never have ended like this," the man said. He said he’s aware of incidents like this happening in the area. "Lobos been having bodies drop over there," the man said. "This is a known address to patrol officers to be a high crime area where violent crimes such as shootings, homicides and robberies often do occur," Austin Police Department PIO Austin Zarling said. Since the beginning of this year, Austin police reported two homicides, 10 robberies, and 14 aggravated assaults in the area. "People have guns, and they think they’re the big bad wolf, so this is an example of not to do that, you know?" the man said.
this is what you take out of this? I guess he should have just stayed in his lane and let the other guy shoot up the parking lot?
From a FB article link, so not sure of the reliability.. “They say shell casings recovered from the scene had the words 'deny', 'defend' and 'depose', though what precisely this means and why the shooter put those messages onto the shots they fired is as yet unclear.”
I keep hearing this reported, and even some tie to a book that was written some time back about the evils of insurance, book called "______(something other than deny), defend, depose" but it sure seems like in the video that the guy is collecting his spent shell casings
thats what I thought I saw in the video reading on reddit, it sounded like those that know were saying he was probably using whats called "subsonic bullets" that are slower and therefore quieter, but dont typically cycle the chamber thats why you see him in the video reaching up with his hand to finish the cycle, which is also a great opportunity to grab the spent casing as it is ejected if all these reports of "stamped" casings are true, it just doesnt make much sense for him to have the expertise to load his own bullets, know how to so smoothly operate the gun with those subsonic bullets, but then leave the spent casings let alone gone through the effort of engraving them, which apparently isnt just something you walk into your local sporting goods store and have done
But I think we can all agree now that this guy is not a pro, he probably played hitman on ps5 and thought he had it all figured out
