Dude on the far left has solid instincts, would not bet against in a dead pool. He was probably just wondering if that was a 3/4 or 7/8 and now all of a sudden he needs to hang on for deer life. Major respect
Who knew a bunch of sticks holding up tons of concrete would be a bad idea
Likely bamboo. It's incredibly strong.
Dude on the far right has seen this movie before. Not a single fuck was given.
it did hold for a while
It's true. Source: Jackie Chan in Rush Hour
Dude getting his legs taken out at :35 mark.
Good eye, thanks for that. Sounded like they were speaking something other than English, so I’m sure the guy said something else. But at :50, it sounds like he says, “Why?,” which is what I was thinking the entire time watching people continue to come down the slope.
Damn, I haven’t seen a floppy meat sack beaten that hard since my own, shortly after blossoming into puberty.
This is a person. Amazingly, survived (warning - gross):
he didn't really survive
Listened to a podcast on it last night:
Basically, the sudden decompression event caused him to literally explode from the inside. They were deep underwater, the equivalent of 9 atmospheres (?), when they opened a door equivalent to 1 atmosphere. Normally, that decompression requires 12-16 hours, and this occurred in less than a second. Less than ideal.
Medical investigations were carried out on the remains of the four divers and of one of the tenders. The most notable finding was the presence of large amounts of fat in large arteries and veins and in the cardiac chambers, as well as intravascular fat in organs, especially the liver. This fat was unlikely to be embolic, but must have precipitated from the blood in situ. The autopsy suggested that rapid bubble formation in the blood denatured the lipoprotein complexes, rendering the lipids insoluble. The blood of the three divers left intact inside the chambers likely boiled instantly, stopping their circulation. The fourth diver was dismembered and mutilated by the blast forcing him out through the partially blocked doorway and would have died instantly.
Coward, Lucas, and Bergersen were exposed to the effects of explosive decompression and died in the positions indicated by the diagram. Investigation by forensic pathologists determined that Hellevik, being exposed to the highest pressure gradient and in the process of moving to secure the inner door, was forced through the 60-centimetre (24 in) diameter opening created by the jammed interior trunk door by escaping air and violently dismembered, including bisection of his thoracoabdominal cavity, which resulted in expulsion of all of the internal organs of his chest and abdomen, except the trachea and a section of small intestine, and of the thoracic spine. These were projected some distance, one section being found 10 metres (30 ft) vertically above the exterior pressure door.
So basically he was fired through a meat grinder using compressed air.
That’s not the way you suicide.
Deleted. What it was?
Car was on the train tracks side of rail road crossing Gates. Instead of staying put or backing up a bit the person drove into the side of a moving train
the lady, yes
car that took flight? No
She’s not lucky. She saw that shit and reacted. She must have had a good dodgeball teacher.
She saw that shit and took it as a sign.
I laughed for a solid two minutes when she just kept dancing
She started a GoFundMe. Broke her teeth and jaw
That broken jaw is going to hurt her income.
Y’all wanna see a dead body?
I mean, it looks bad, but the defender tripped over the other guy's feet.
Don't know if this works in this sub but I wanted to share
Spoiler: it's a fucking real-life dinosaur eating a baby deer holy shit
And people think dinosaurs are extinct
Fuckin spawn campers.
Dragons are very big.
I have so many thoughts:
- really late stoppage by that ref.
- bats are pretty bad weapons in a fight. If your opponent can close distance and basically be close enough to hit you, a bat becomes almost useless. You often get one swing and that's it, so you better make that one swing count. This man did not....
- It's tough to watch people beat or kick unconscious people.
- that having been said, adrenaline, seeing red, etc. are all real and what was 20 punches to an unconscious person's face may have felt like 3 or 4 punches in the moment, to a guys face who was just trying to hit someone with a bat.
- at one point the woman filming this laughs a little at the unconscious guy. I can't imagine being exposed to so much violence that witnessing something like this live has that effect.
That was an ass whooping.
Dbl would still think he won the argument ask you to post proof.
it makes me very very uncomfortable watching someone unconscious continue to get punched.
