Amazon's Catastrophe

yes, i watched the first 2 episodes last night, and definitely enjoyed what i watched. my roommate watched the whole season and told me it was excellent which got me started.

 

What's the premise?

 

I've watched the first episode. Enjoyed it.

On another note, I love Amazon Prime for how much it saves me in books, but their streaming service is fucking terrible.

Watched this over two days. Really enjoyed it. The main female character had a poor woman's Connie Britton to her.

Also just to point out - this isn't an Amazon original. Just a British show they picked up. Either way , good heads up. Looking forward to the second season

Just so you guys know. S02 is actually much better I think. Rob really seems more comfortable in his acting and is getting riskier in his humour.

 

Finally started on this and loving it. I really liked Sharon Horgan in David Cross' show Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret, and she's fucking awesome in this.

4 episodes in and it's great. Multiple audible chuckles every episode.

It's dropping on Amazon in April ^^^^ . It's airing weekly in the UK right now. Ive been DLing those each week. Which is why Im not making specific comments.

It was another good season.

 

I viewed it through perfectly legal means and it is good.

 

I'm willing to give it a second chance because I can't remember why I didn't like it the first time I gave it a shot.

 

I adore Sharon even more after she managed to work "schlong" into her modem impersonation

I don't know that it was the last one; just saw some speculation that it might be.

 

I know they make them just whenever they're both available, which makes for uneven releases, but theyve been pretty consistent the last couple seasons.

Another great absurdly short season.
For as great as Michaela Watkins is they could have used her much more.
