I'm saying it's a way bigger Hollywood cliche that like 95% of actors still smoke cigarettes for some dumbass reason compared to ~15% of the normal population, but this dude is concerned that working out has become some kind of cliche/body image issue. Maybe he was in fact joking. It's a weird position for someone who voluntarily took on the role of Batman to occupy.
