“It’s expensive having an entourage.”
Currently he’s indefinitely suspended from my fantasy team. Still decided on what the proper punishment should be
Not everyone can afford me after all.
Forgot all about that but it might explain some stuff
Sucks he can’t play tonight.
That’s not bill belichik, it’s Tom coughlin. You can’t fool me
Imagine thinking these situations aren’t 100% independent of one another.
I hope the house burns down
I’d be very upset if I had any attachment to the Raiders. AB basically just continued to bitch until he got the team he wanted all at the expense of my team.
i'm excited for whatever AB posts on social media tonight going at Tomlin, JuJu, and whomever else he wants to on the Steelers. I want to see this escalated.
Oohhhh I think this could be gooood
how you gonna put Juju ahead of Big Ben smh
I’ve decided to end AB’s suspension from my fantasy team and reactivate him starting week 2.
I'd be more upset at the overall culture of the organization allowing something like this to unfold. And if I were a Raiders fan now I'd probably stop liking them with the move to Vegas so they'll get over it soon enough
Was my thought, too.
"Living with a 42 year old white guy? Nah."
"Wait, he's married to Gisele?"
dump You never mentioned that AB liked one of your tweets
Will be great if he's barely off all these and they sit him week 17
I don't think the two are particularly comparable. There are a ton of things that have happened during competition that could be deemed more "unprofessional," but I don't think the context is the same.
what about if tyson bit both of a guy's ears off
the mad is real
Supposedly Gruden signed off on the recording
Steelers blocked a trade to the Pats in the first place so the whole thing makes sense now
Just want to make sure I’m catching your ultimate point here. You’re saying, that due to the context of a boxing match, Tyson biting off a portion of Holyfield’s ear is ‘less unprofessional’ (excuse the double negative) than Antonio Brown’s helmet complaints and reactions to Mayock?
Even in the context of a fight, that seems crazy to me. We must have different concepts of professionalism.
The difference is that Tyson just kind of snapped and did it. I don’t think he and his team wrote down a strategy that went:
1. Hit him hard
2. Don’t get hit much
3. Bite an ear off
I didn't watch the Greenberg clip in the tweet, but I think we're talking about different kinds of "professionalism".
I think it's reasonable to put them in different categories and say that behavior like Tyson's is "unsportsmanlike," and behavior like Brown's is "unprofessional." If you want to group them together under the same roof, have at it. Personally, I don't think it's necessary to do that.
people don't actually think it was AB's plan to lose $30M in guarantees, right?
People think it was his plan to lose them from Oakland while gaining them in New England
people are dumb, I guess.
Think he would be happier catching passes from Brady than from Carr/Glennon/Pick Six Peterson
I think Brown has made it as obvious as possible over the years that he would be happiest making as much guaranteed money as possible, and the rest is secondary.
I don’t think that is accurate. He got tired of Ben being Big Ben and being the absolute worst teammate on the face of the earth and wanted some place new. He and Rosenhaus were working out a trade to the Pats until the Steelers nixed it and sent his ass to Oakland. The rest is history.
2 days later and y’all are still going back and forth with fucking dump of all people about this lmao
Or that the guaranteed money in his Steelers extension was about gone.
if there’s one person that has always had his thumb on this situation it’s dump
It's great though. I always picture dump sipping on the fanciest bottle of dr pepper he has around while puffing on a corn cob pipe thinking, "got 'em," as he flexes out his fingers to write the exquisite posts that he forms.
For me, there would be a large intersection of the “unprofessional” and “unsportsmanlike” circles in a venn diagram, but fair enough.
You know, with all the hoops you jump through to White Knight AB, you'd think you'd be in better shape.
