Against LP it absolutely would be
Can you read sir?
Antonio Tavaris Brown Sr. Would beat mr. Logan Paul In the boxing ring in the first round.
the trainer that got arrested is a former university of Kentucky wide receiver.
Big blue nation
What a mess.
I'm sure it's been discussed ad nauseum, but he's for sure got CTE, right?
Well, that was quick
A whole series? I start getting suspicious.
I liked how how the initial reaction to the potential Logan Paul AB boxing match was to criticize anyone who would be interested. And then the entire next page was people eagerly speculating who would win.
An increasingly erratic set of behavior, to the obvious detriment to his own career and self interest, is almost certainly impacted by his brain deteriorating at a rapid rate.
That doesn’t mean he isn’t a shit bag making awful decisions that he should be held accountable for.
Don't get me wrong I think he has mental issues I just don't think anyone is qualified to say what exactly.
There could be dozens of other things like bi-polar disorder or schizophrenia, but it's easy to say football so football. Until he gets checked we'll never know.
Hes been wackadoo his entire life
Theres a reason he basically had to live with his wr coach in college
Not here to defend at all, but wasn't he homeless in high school?
I guess, I mean his mom and step dad kicked him out when he was a teenager
but honestly that's a pretty common story for a place like liberty city
All I'm sayin is hes likely had a significant mental illness for most of his life
I'm sure all the hits to the topknot have exacerbated things
His wife and kids have now left him
Yeah, I thought I remembered something like that. Not disagreeing on the mental illness stuff. Couldn't agree more.
I thought he weighed in at 199.5. Still, he's not that much bigger than AB
My thought is Paul has been training boxing a lot. Not that he's a good boxer, but that he's trained. He has some idea of what he's doing in a ring.
I'm not sure that's true of AB. Maybe it is, but absent any evidence of that, I'm inclined to believe that very amateur guy who has trained has more of an idea than the mentally ill former football player.
None of that changes the fact that either of them could land a big shot and take the other guy out.
Mental illness or not, Antonio Brown is a world class athlete. Logan Paul makes YouTube videos and is an average human. Training or not, AB has an enormous coordination, balance, reflex, etc advantage. AB grew up in a rough neighborhood and has probably been in a few scraps, too.
I missed this tweet the other day but people speculate it's him hinting at his drug use
Paul got beat by some other youtube star in another fight. AB would destroy him in 20 seconds.
Anywho, AB needs some help or shit will really go off the rails soon.
Nice summary of events taken from this reddit thread:
* Dyed his mustache blonde
If only Roethlesberger wouldn't have been such a dick...
Why dont I remember this?
Showed up to Raiders training camp in a hot air balloon
I think it was more schtick from HBO, that’s how HK opened up.
* Tried to fight Mike Mayock, called him a cracker, had to be held back by Vontaze Burfict, then punted a football down the practice field and said "fine me for that"
* Got fined for that
Being held back back Vontaze Burfict says so much
Granted bail contingent on forfeiting passport, undergoing mental health evaluation, drug and alcohol testing and GPS tracking
And he was wearing an anti suicide smock at the hearing
thank god he nixed that Bills trade.
* Used a bunch of slurs and profane language towards cops in an Instagram video he posted
* A police youth football league cut ties with him and returned a donation after the release of the video saying there was a "irreparable rift" between the department and AB
* Waved a bag of gummy candy dicks at the cops in a video he posted
none of that = life in prison
you can’t even get arrested for those things
Dude...they weren't just gummy candies. They were gummy candy dicks.
I believe he's suggestion that AB poked a bear and the bear bit him. I don't think he's saying this is all 100% legit and on the up and up. You gonna fuck with the cops who have gone out of their way to help you repeated, you might end up in jail for life
what a wonderful justice system that is
In Florida, and many States, a Burg with Bat is a 1st degree Felony. A 1st is potentially punishable by Life. Tweet is nonetheless bullshit.
Where it will get interesting is when they force him to take probation or go to trial. He chooses probation. Then he violates.
I'm not sure that poster's interpretation is accurate, I was just explaining it.
The maximum punishment for the crime he's accused of is not new though. Anyone in Florida who commits that crime faces potential life in prison.
Brown faces three criminal charges for his apparent altercation with the driver. The most serious of which is burglary with battery. This charge is defined in Florida Statute 810.02(2)(a). Burglary refers to entering or remaining in a home, business or vehicle with the intent to commit an offense therein. The offense therein is normally theft.
When the accused commits battery in the course of carrying out the burglary, the applicable criminal charge becomes burglary with battery. Battery refers to intentional touching or striking of another person without their consent, or the intentional causing of bodily harm to another person. Burglary with battery is a felony of the first degree under Florida law. It is punishable by imprisonment for a term of years not exceeding life imprisonment.
Where it will also get interesting is if he treats the trial like a post game press conference and repeatedly says, “Next question.”
Brown’s other lawyer, Eric Schwartzreich, disputed the notion that Brown is suffering from a mental-health condition.
“I don’t think there’s any mental health issues with him,” Schwartzreich said. “Antonio Brown’s life right now is a reality show. He is misinterpreted and misunderstood."
