I loved that bar last night. Everyone else thought it was weird, but heavy metal tiki bar felt like home to me.

who has the best wings in town? not looking for smoked or anything. just the basic hot wings you get at a sports bar. every place i have tried so far has been mediocre

 

have you tried haywood lounge? ive already heard good things about them but we've always opted for something else

Asheville Yacht Club kimchee garlic wings are pretty damn good.

I know I should save the beers I brought back, but it's impossible. They're too tasty. Burial Hawkbill IPA and Hi-Wire Gose. And one Hi-Wire Lo-Pitch.

 

I'm not a fan of Hi-Wire, but any Burial IPA is top notch.

 

Yeah Burial was fun, so much so that a lot of our party got stuck there for a while and got wasted. Few were drinking the DIPAs. I had a Rye, I think. And a gose, I was downing sours because I love that shit. But oh my lawd at the catfish sandwhich I got from their food truck, Salt and Smoke or w/e it was called. So good.

 

Need dinner, wife wants salad. Had not planned for this, halp.
