Great showing. CFC ain't no slouch. The injury early hurt them, but we have talent all over the field.
Excuse the ignorance, are you planning to share the new Falcons stadium? Is that a permanent deal or is there plans for a soccer specific stadium down the road?
Atlanta United and Falcons will share the new stadium. Converting it for Soccer Matches was part of the design.
They planned to cap it for soccer at 40K but since we are expecting at least 30K season tickets sold by the start of the season it looks like the upper deck will be opened for a lot of the matches. Capacity is 71,000 with the upper deck.
Video feed for the game kind of sucked at my house. Hopefully we can play a full game against Seattle Wednesday and not give up anything dumb.
did anyone else request season tickets next to someone with a different account? just realized I'm sitting 15 seats away from my friends for the Bobby Dodd games even though we are all next to each other for the MBS games. not very happy at all.
3-0 20th Minute over Seattle reserves Mix can we get our team logo in thread icon options when you get some free time
Good 30 min Atlanta United segment on Fox Sports South last night. Think they are going to replay it Sunday.
McCann and Jones got green cards so our international roster slot problem is fixed. The teams admins have done a great job building this team.
Will likely get tickets for 3/18 and 4/30. Have Supporters Section for Sunday. Want to see how it goes in the GA seats before deciding on where to sit for the next matches.
not necessarily finish but odds-to-win looks to still be accurate https://sports.bovada.lv/soccer/major-league-soccer/futures-market-group I love us as a longshot
Yeah, this is what I've seen, last in or first out in the east. I'm not sure the east is so strong that working out the kinks can't still land us 3-5 with out talent and presumed style.
Coming back from the April road trip with some points will mean a lot. End of the season playing mostly at home should help,
It'll be interesting in September when we have home matches during football season. We play FC Dallas the same time UGA is kicking off at Notre Dame, Orlando the same time UT-UF will play, Montreal likely during Music Midtown. Not that all our fans will be inundated with these things, but it'll be interesting to see how it and the newness of soccer impacts attendance late in the season.
Yeah CFB season will likely hurt attendance. Auburn plays Clemson the same day as UGA/Notre Dame. Thats the only Home match for Atlanta United that conflicts with a big Auburn game.
