Combined score over both legs. If NYCFC wins 1-0 you go to ET. If they win by 1 with more goals (2-1, etc) they go through on a tied aggregate score but more away goals. If they win by any other score they win on aggregate goals (2-0 means 2-1 NYCFC aggregate)
ELI5 because I can't find anything online that clearly explains this. What does score mean in this context?
You take the combined goals from both games. Whoever has the most wins. If it is tied and road goals are tied, it goes to extra time.
5pm kickoff which means probably 5:10-5:15. Flight lands at 4:30. Should be able to make it from the airport to MBS in 45 minutes.
I’m bored at work, so was looking at how we’ve done against our potential conference finals matchups. We outscored Columbus 5-1 this year (10-2 over the past two seasons) NYRB outscored us 5-1 this year (7-2 over the past two seasons) So basically what I’m saying is, let’s go Crew!
What about against them in the playoffs? Really though, I wouldn’t feel good about either Atlanta or NYCFC. I would probably prefer playing you guys just so we didn’t have to play at Yankee Stafium even though I’d rather play them than you guys.
Yeah I mean there’s no offense to be taken that someone would rather play us than the team that set the points record. I still feel pretty good going into Sunday but won’t next round.
It’s not even about the points record. I just think they are a bad matchup for us. They always give us fits.
I feel pretty good heading into leg 2. We are also a bad matchup for them though. I think you guys come out of the East They also have a history of not being the same team in the playoffs
looks like in this Copa Libertadores final we've got out potential Tata replacement going against our potential Miggy replacement, think I'll try to find a stream for that
Shit son, finally went to the Home Depot backyard. That was fun as hell. Should be rocking if we get every seat filled.
Espn and the Team have out too varying formations But Miles Robinson is in at CB, LGP playing out wide, and Garza more centrally. Tito and Barco subs. Same with Bello and Carleton.
