Flying into Austin tomorrow night. Should I get on line at Franklins at 10:30am on Thursday or should I go elsewhere to get my BBQ fix in?
Getting anywhere close to Kendrick is going to be a nightmare. Good thing my crew has seen him a couple times already and know that show is going to be enjoyable from afar. Odesza being on Sunday night SHOULD help out with the crowd on that one. But safe to say Mumford will draw zero people away from them. Schedule definitely puts the screws to anyone trying to do a single day. I guess Friday would be the day to do it but there's not enough on any single day to warrant ~$150 per day instead of $335 for the weekend. If they put Revivalists and A&B at the same time Friday I'm going to be pretty upset. No chance they schedule it so you can see Portugal, Rev & A&B without any overlap unfortunately. Saturday is a low key great schedule for chilling and probably will be just that. Kingfish > Kweller > Chromeo > Poolside > Bob Moses Will be speaking to miss molly sunday night so hopefully Labrinth and Tash are in the same vicinity as Odesza's stage and can just kinda camp out and set up shop
He'll be at hot luck saturday if anyone is coming. https://www.hotluckfest.com/chefs/kareem-elghayesh I MIGHT have a 30% off coupon for tomorrow and one for friday as well, need to check with a friend.
Just went and looked at houses all day and boy was that depressing. May end up getting a new build in Easton Park. Want to be downtown but may have to settle for this.
Yeah, I bought downtown a few months into the pandemic when prices were depressed. Could probably sell for 200k over what I paid
I live out by lake lbj and could sell for atleast twice as much as I financed But fuck, where would I move to?
Actually less surprised by seeing that going down congress than when I saw a giant shopping cart being driven in a parade of some sort on a random Tuesday morning down congress
Been in Chicago all week and the weather has been such a change terrified to fly back to Austin tomorrow
