Love these kind of posts Last words on this subject. I really think some fans on here would enjoy seeing Coach Harsin be a successful coach, they would also like to see his staff be successful. Many reasons people don’t care for Harsin are just crazy. It did not start last season after the first game it started the day he was hired. The day he was hired I came to this very site and read all the negative posts. I like many were shocked that real fans would be so out of touch. Ten days after he was hired he started receiving threats, yes threats that if he didn’t do the right things he would not make it. Ten days never ever has a New Auburn coach been treated this way. He and his family became a target of lies and misinformation, former players worked against him and started calling then current players and telling them to get into the transfer portal because Harsin would not last more than a year. They started to contact recruits and their families. They decided to take him down. The man Harsin became isolated because he did not know anyone he could trust to speak to. However, he moved on. Then fans and those who did not want him to start with did even more damage. They did not care and still don’t care if he gets beat each game by 100 points, they want him fired. Members on this very site have had a fun time with his name, where he came from, his family, and his religion. Those people are the worst of humanity. You are bigots of the worst kind. Enjoy this path, keep your fingers crossed that when the time comes that Auburn University and the PTB are willing to work a deal out that keeps him and his family out of the public eye. I will no longer discuss this matter, it is ove ,and as I will say I will support him and this staff and players until a time when he and the staff are no longer employed at AU. Then I will support the next coach, and the next because we will be on the merry go round of trying to find a coach that fits the need of whoever is in charge. We have some very good members and we have a lot of great fans. Coach Dye would not be happy with many of you. He believed in giving his kids second chances, he believed that you did not turn away from a kid. He did not turn away from Bo Jackson when Bo decided to leave the team. Some of you need to read his book, and some of you need to be the kind of person that shows compassion.
