There just aren't enough good Christian fambuleh men for the university of auburn boosters to consider.
Just looked at their schedule...they could legitimately not win another game this year. Even western Kentucky looks decent
he’s going to be floated for every P5 job until he gets one. Georgia Tech one seems to make a lot more sense for everyone than auburn.
Imagine calling a team a hot mess year in and year out when you haven't beaten them since the Obama administration.
Auburn is the definition of a hot mess. Drama, in-fighting, out of control boosters, coaches under fire from the moment they are announced, insanely wild swings in W/L records, from good to terrible with no rhyme or reason. Arkansas has sucked for the most part since 2012 (when the head-to-head between us was 10-10). We're not a hot mess. We've been a dumpster fire, though. Don't see what that has to do with Auburn, though.
anything can be up for negotiation if they want to get back to being good at football. That program has a ton of potential.
Deion in Atlanta would kill in recruiting. I just laugh to think of 5 star recruits stuck in GT classes, while focused 100% on getting to the NFL when they would be in cake majors at other schools.
I feel like ASU is going to be the ticket for him. It's a program size that he's ready for, he'd have access to great recruiting, and his current roster could transfer with him that immediately compete in the pac when usc leaves
It's amazing his ascension to where he is being mentioned for legit jobs with only a few years real coaching experience. Can he handle a legit P5 program? Does he have the contacts to fill out a staff of legit coaches/recruiters that are demanding 500-750k? I know he has to know coaches, but will they come be apart of his team? I'd love to see this playout.
The ACC has at least sent a team to the playoff in 7/8 years. The pac 12 has only made it 2/8 and not in the last 5 rounds.
Tech is kinda weird. They have a lot of old money fans. I bet they could raise NIL funds. That school is gonna be nothing when they die off
