This is all it says in the article Police said the incident in Lillington escalated on Monday morning as a pair of Harnett County officers searched a vehicle for drugs after receiving a complaint. The girls were passengers in the vehicle. Deputies said they found a small amount of marijuana on one of the female passengers, according to WTVD.
Four people in the car were detained, and the 17-year-old in the driver's seat, identified as Tyrese Namirr Gary, was charged with carrying a concealed gun and possession of a handgun by a minor, both misdemeanors. A handgun was found under the driver's seat, and a small amount of marijuana was found on a girl inside the car, authorities said. https://www.wral.com/harnett-deputy-suspended-after-teen-assaulted-while-recording-arrest/18057556/

Fortunately we have moved on to arming teachers as the next solution, so I’m sure once that happens kids will finally be safe in schools.
I feel like I saw this here before, but just in case Syracuse cops falsely accuse man of rectal dope-stashing and take him to hospital for nonconsensual anal probe; now he must pay $4600 for the procedure https://boingboing.net/2018/12/21/syracuse-cops-falsely-accuse-m.html
There's no way this should stand. If you're given a drug test and come up clean, are you responsible for paying for it?
That wasn’t the smart way to handle that. You can also go to jail for variations of that (at least in Fla.). He shouldn’t have taken the money. He could have easily just called the cop out about entrapment and bs investigations/arrest over marijuana and not made any exchange.
Curious what would be the crime if he said he was selling flower buds? Also the cops apparently tried to delete the video and didn’trealize it goes into the recently deleted. Can’t find any articles with verified details though.
The cops wouldn’t care. They would arrest him for some bs non-sense like attempted sale of marijuana. The police report would be misleading. The Judge not knowing any better would find probable cause and set a bond on the kid. The case would eventually get thrown out, ideally no charges ever filed. Regardless of all that, he could have made that a way more entertaining video. And the police deleting the video would be destruction of evidence.
Sounds about right. Posted mainly for the hilarious undercover cop. Cracked me up when he asked to feel it.

Saw this on twitter. I highly recommend not clicking any links or searching this. Currently the dog is alive and has a surgery scheduled for Monday. There’s also a go fund me that has exceeded the goal. Also the cop has been fired.
Wonder what the Venn diagram looks like for cops, shaved heads, and sociopathic trash on a power trip.
That shit is the absolute most monstrous sociopathic shit I’ve seen. He needs to be jailed and never be able to own a firearm.
I know the other guy is probably just holding it that way to maintain evidence, but jesus maybe don't hold a gun pointed at the girl that just got shot.
Also, in addition to being a piece of shit, who gets themselves into a position where they are surrounded by a bunch of unsupervised kids in the first place. Fuck that.
3 cops literally lie on a police report to cover up a shooting of a black kid. Judge finds them not guilty. https://apnews.com/220ca2e510c94835...n=SocialFlow&utm_source=Twitter&utm_medium=AP
ILOLinois: The former officer's lawyers asked for probation, the minimum punishment in Illinois for second-degree murder.
2nd degree Murder -This is the same officer found to have used excessive force on another black man a few years ago, that resulted in the guy needing multiple surguries to repair the damage. (The guy didn't even do anything wrong, was awarded 350k damages, and is still fucked up mentally from the incident) -There were like 5 instances of this stuff and the guy kept getting put back in the squad car -3 officers lied on the police report to try to cover it up. They all got acquitted yesterday This case is basically everything wrong with PD's in the US in a nutshell
