    there's no way. it's just seattle and carolina at this point that are in need. and teams with bad qbs (goff in detroit, mariota in atlanta) arent going to use draft capital to get a guy who isn't very good.

    2/2 The #Browns are budgeted for Mayfield's 5th-yr option salary of $18.8M w/ Watson on the team. Mechanically this means the team is artfully in position to leverage his presence on the roster for a longer window. Meanwhile, Mayfield's not in position to protest in a good light.

    "The Browns are budgeted for Mayfield" means "They're not over the cap." But what the hell does the rest of it mean?
