What I like about growing up in this generation is it has become much more acceptable to have full facial hair in the workplace, because when you don't have much up top, you really need to have some on your face to not look like a serial killer. Sure, full-shaved + goatee is a crazy look, but it's more badass than it is child molester.
That's why I keep the universal stubble with a little more grown out goatee. The bald + goatee combo is almost a cliche at this point, but I've had a goatee since I could grow one, including when I had long, thick hair.
hmmmm you don't see that too often, I really do need to get a better pair of clippers but the :jew: in me is just so happy that the $20 set I got has already saved me hundreds on haircuts. I really don't mind paying for haircuts, but it takes the chick like 2 minutes to do it, and there's some guy next to me that takes 20 minutes, and yet we're getting charged the same amount. I say we open up a place where you pay by the minute.
My dad rocks the horseshoe, and whenever he goes in to get a haircut he asks the barber "I get half price for this, right?"
I understand. How would you etch those really cool things into your head. Just wouldn't like right with the horseshoe.
I forgot to mention in my previous posts ITT that I look like an olive skin Tony Dungy with my hair cut really short.
bump for cold weather. not gonna lie with my no shave novembeard goin on and a tabogan I look like I belong on SoA but if I ever fuck around and leave my headwarmer at home :feelscoldman:
Been shaving for a while. I grow a beard when I am off work for a few days. Feels good. I got lucky with the way my head is shaped and I don't have big ears. Feel bad for those guys that go bald because you look like a fucking retard either way. And to all you fucks with bama bangs, girls like a shaved headed guy more than they do a guy that has to whip the hair out of his eyes.
I change my facial hair look up all the time because of this...I'm working up the courage to do this...
I will rock that shit when I retire. All the guys and pilots grow a molestache in March. I cannot wait.
Ok I'm not bald but i've been shaving my head since I was 14 because I like the look.. Can I join this parade?
sure...been doing that for quite some time. I figured my wife would be more willing to mouthafy them if she knew she wasn't getting cat tongue
Been going bald since I was a senior in high school. It was just getting thinner and thinner and the hairline kept creeping further back. Tried the Rogaine foam and Propecia and they didn't do shit for me. Did the whole 2 to 1 fade for about 10 years, but it got to the point that I just gave up a few months ago when I turned 30 and just shave it with a 0 once a week. My dad and grandfather both have full thick heads of hair. So fuckin jealous.
Sucks at first, but once you start shaving it you grow to enjoy it. Having said that I heard that they have finally found the main corporate reason people go bald. From that point it should be easier to find a solution to prevent it from happening. At that point, I highly doubt I'll grow my hair back out anyway.
What do you head shavers use for a razor? Just a regular Fusion or Mach III? I'm about ready to give up and buzz my hair but think it would be much easier to just clip it with no guard every other day.
I mean it's definitely not a good thing, I'd rather have my hair. I mainly get more upset about getting upset about it than anything. I have no control over it. Still 1-guarding it, probably go to a half-guard soon.
Even when there is a cure, not sure I'm going to use it. I guess I've just mad peace with the fact that its gonna happen.
Started rocking the shaved head/full beard combo all summer. I shave it a couple times a week in the shower with a Fusion blade. Got a "fogless" mirror that works well enough if you spray warm water on it periodically (once when you start, and once about half way through). Was never really happy with the no guard buzz. Even bought the Wahl trimmer designed just for that. It takes just as long if not longer, plus there is cleanup of hair afterwards. And really nothing like a fresh shaved head.
I got the Wahl trimmer and just 1 it. Going all the way makes my head feel weird so just sticking with the 1 for now. Fast and easy. Might let it grow out a little in the winter and not trim it every week but it's been good to me this summer.
