I consider myself in pretty good shape, but I loathe distance running. I'd rather do sprints all day than distance running.
I got a half ironman coming up in September. Aside from the possibility of getting eaten by a shark, the 13.1 mile run after biking 56 miles has me pretty nervous.
I've only done 1 triathlon and I was in pretty good shape when I did it. I couldn't believe how difficult the 10k at the end was. My legs felt like lead weights. Good luck!

I think he's in a decent spot. He boosted his profile by doing basically nothing and now he was "cancelled" for something most people would forgive. I'll be surprised if he doesn't land a local sports radio gig in the south And I wouldn't be surprised if he makes more. I can't imagine he was making a lot at barstool.

He got fired from ESPN Shreveport a week before landing his Barstool gig. I don't think Mintz is a bad dude or openly racist (at least by Ole Miss standards). But he isn't going to make barstool money down here.
