we say it a lot but the league really is in the best spot its ever been. eric is, by a wide margin, the most consistent and emotionally stable commish we've ever had. rules and systems have had years and years to be refined, and new ones are constantly talked about. for a long time now there seems to have been an initiative within the league to always be improving and it has been.

anyone with any remote interest whatsoever shouod come give it a shot. the last 6-8 months of the current league will be spent expirementing with new systems in preparation for 6.0 so its a great time for new players to come in and learn the software as well as for old players to return and get back in the swing of things.

 

Fuck it I have nothing going on until September at the earliest, I’ll join back up.

 

Druce if you ever do a podcast episode that involves the league we were all in (2.0?) can you share? I'd listen to that

 

The one I do Friday's is around the current league, the only 2.0 people left are myself, ward, jhb and skrouse i think. Does anyone have the 2.0 link? I wouldn't mind hosting a pod with some 2.0 members as a look back

realistically only takes like 10-20 min a day in the off-season and less during the season now. Pretty much everyone’s cell is on the board for trades and all that jazz

The Jazz existed briefly for Ank to win a couple titles in early 5.0 then had a brief half-decade reappearance in the late 2010s/early 2020s before SPL’s untimely passing #RIP
