I would suggest using an auction format for waivers. Each team gets a $100 budget with which to bid on free agents each week. Adds another layer of skill and gives everyone an equal shot at each player.
So we still have a lot of things to sort out before the league starts THE DRAFT WILL BE AUGUST 26TH AT 8PM CST we need to vote on whether we should have a waiver priority or auction for waivers Payouts? Should we do 70/20/10? Or 65/25/10? If there are other issues that we can resolve now then let me know. Majority vote will decide
Sorry for the full-retard q: how does the waiver auctioning system work? always done one version or another of priority waivers
you put in a bid to get a FA; winning bid wins. everyone gets like $100 to start. You determine how much you feel like that FA is worth.

ok and I think I'm still needing dallasdawg, Neo1425 (dd handling yours?), and Clown Baby entry fees... I haven't checked my paypal in the last couple days but last time I looked I think those were the only ones we were still needing
I'm on the road right now. Will pm you tonight to get more details. Obviously I'm in but don't know your paypal
I don't want to start bitching (but I will) I think veto power should be the commish's. Too often, I see perfectly fair trades vetoed because people think it gives too much of an advantage to one side. Unless the trade is blatantly bad, it should go through. It also takes too much time to have everyone vote on every trade. Just my
ok I can change that. I'm perfectly fine with having full control over what trades go through and which ones don't Spoiler Spoiler just kidding
are we doing 3 keepers or 2? I just threw together the settings real quick but they can be adjusted by league preference
I like 3. I assume we will forfeit the round's pick in which in the keeper was chosen? So if I wanted to keep Arian Foster next year, I'd forfeit a 1st round pick.

Listen here frenchy, this is America and we speak American, and if you don't like it you can get out!
yup. just a thought but if people consider a trade to be unfair and have legitimate reasoning, just post in here and bat can just go with the majority opinion. pretty sure everyone in the league has been making trades for years now so it shouldn't end up being a problem anyway.
