How so? Also the one woman there has a video on the channel. Her story was pretty cool, she’s worked all over the world at BBQ spots. Norway France and some other spots.
Vaughn is like the awkward nerdy kid in your hometown who was a few years older but that had the connections for the good shit the cool kids wanted These guys are the young cool kids he has known through their years coming up at all the other joints Vaughn knows exactly what naming someone #1 does
I just appreciate the transparency. Jirby just goes with “here’s what we do, it’s not hard, you’re welcome”.
I call this one "Hicks Salami and Butt Stuff" Salami chub seasoned with a.tramp's Butt Stuff, smoked for 4 hours on hickory wood then finished with a hickory smoked bbq sauce. Served on a lightly toasted Challah roll with homemade slaw.
Its Weber, I am sure it is quality. But on the off-chance it is not, is there ever to steep of a price to add another piece to your backyard domain?
I was just watching meat church's hot chicken sandwich video and thinking pretty seriously about doing that
might be team jealous devil too wife bought me the gag christmas bag of charcoal they sell after joking with my 8 year old i’ve been b&b and rockwood, but that shit burns hot, fast and clean
One of my good friends has it and he loves it. Does whole chickens all the time and has done whole turkeys and gyro as well that were really good.
Not too bad with just a few blowouts on the pig shots. They'll still eat well. I'm pretty good with a knife but the lollipops take some real time to prep and clean up.
i do them often (probably my wife’s favorite thing i cook), but i cut my thumb on my first attempt tried thinking of the easiest knife free method and went with pliers worked like a charm
So had to punt on third down for dinner because I didn’t account for the girth. Just pulled off and shredded, will be good tomorrow.
I was a members the winery, for several years, of the bottle of wine you have in this picture. I honestly have probably $2000 or their wines aging at this moment. Good shit.
Lol good to hear. Living in a repressed wine state we’re limited in what we can get. Didn’t realize that made the photo.
I have no idea if all the meat church references are a long running joke or if i should really start using some.
They were primarily a grower but eventually, I believe if I remember correctly, started using about 15% of their grapes for their own production. They have a really damn good entry-level Pinot noir. Everything they do is solid at worst and exceptional at best. The one you have was wanted so much by Costco (it got, either the year you have or year before) a 94 rating by one publication so Costco wanted to buy every single bottle they produced. They said they couldn’t do that because the members and tasting room needed to have some lol
