I have a small bottle of the Melinda's Ghost Pepper, but not the wing sauce. it's feisty. I still prefer to buy Marie Sharp's instead of Melinda's because of how they fucked over the original owner/producer.
Have you had Secret Aardvark or Yellowbird? Yellowbird Garlic Shitake is pretty tasty and pretty damn hot. 90k plus on the Scoville scale.
I've had a few Secret Aardvark sauces. Tasty stuff. And I've not had that particular Yellowbird sauce.
no pics, but I smoked a pork shoulder Friday night for guests at my 10 gallon beer brewday Saturday. it'd been a while, but I still make pulled pork worthy of my gaudy ceramic pig-shaped trophy.
also, the beer brewing turned out well. 10 gallons of Munich Helles that turned out a bit darker than a typical Helles... and also a bit stronger than expected. It's fermenting away happily in my pressurized 15-gallon keg.
it's been so cold (and too much snow) that I haven't made anything on the grill in nearly a month I'm going through withdrawls lol hopefully I can at least make some ribs here soon ordered some Killer Hog rubs and sauce to try
I’m going to smoke some wings this weekend. Usually, I throw them on the grill right after, to crisp them up. It’s cold, so I don’t want to do that. I do have an air fryer. Or the oven? Best way to crisp after the smoke?
