Not the right thread but I actually take an oven roasted tomato, skin it, slice it, sauté it with some pepper, garlic, onion, and oregano and top my eggs and potatoes with it for breakfast. It’s quite delicious.
Should have a #bbq tag so you could post updates and alert hungry fuckers on progress. But what do I know. Probably should make me a mod to be able to do stuff like that. I’m full of ideas
I laughed out loud way too hard at this. I was figuring we would all see it get started around 7:30 or so.
Good idea. A bbq tag would be awesome but can’t expect lazy mods like bertwing Taques and Lyrtch to do anything useful
Smoke Mac and cheese A tramps apple slaw creamed corn ribs Poor mans bbq burnt ends gonna be a bad day for the haters
Copped a whole beef tenderloin today for 1/2 off need to figure out what to make. Also look at this crazy fucker I just saw on Reddit. What the fuck?
Just took some beef ribs out of the freezer for tomorrow. For a 2.75 lb plate, what kinda time am I looking at? 8 hours at 225-275?
an hour will do it but on beef ribs, along with brisket, I find 2-3 hours to be ideal. But it is a do as I say, not as I do situation because I rarely allow that much time for resting.
We got ribs on the gas grill for now and a chuck roast for burnt ends on the charcoal. I plan to throw the ribs on the charcoal when I go to cut up the roast to get some smoke flavor
People are now asking devine for insight about his bbq methodology. 2020 has been a long, strange trip.
Not the best looking but idgaf one of my favorite sides. Twice baked, some bacon, goat cheese and other shit. searing tenderloin, went sous vide on that for the cheat.
