Cliffnote version of homemade mcrib: Cook ribs Cook pork shoulder Remove bones from ribs Combine rib and shoulder meat in food processor Form patties Grill patties In order to make that work best I would consider smoking the ribs for like an hour and then finish with steam, sous vide, or boiling to get the fall off the bone texture right
Never had a mcrib, do I need to try one? I also don’t think I ever met a person irl that had one. Certainly no one recommended it. I’d also think the sauce would be key.
I’ve never had a 12” dilodo shove up my pooper either but common sense tells me I don’t need to even though other people have. I hope that helps clear it up.
