Liquor and pizza dough, what a combination
Call a pizza joint where you like the crust and ask if you can buy some
Or just get it at Whole Foods
This is the worst recipe/link posted so far
Fuck whole foods
Any decent grocery store should have fresh pizza dough in the deli area
Thank you laxjoe
See and here we are suggesting this kinda thing after someone else already posted a link explain why you shouldn't use store bought dough because it is made for use in kitchen ovens not actual pizza ovens (and goes into detail explaining why store-bought dough leads to pizza failures)
I just don't know who to believe
It’s not hard. Use bread flour, follow any of the basic recipes using your Kitchenaid, use trial and error to lock in what you prefer. You get more depth of flavor in the dough by letting it proof overnight, but will your kids notice if you only let it rise an hour or two vs overnight? Probably not.
Pardon me for assuming you knew how to use google.
trader joes has the best widely available store bought dough imo
You know what happens when you assume....?
I made different doughs for a few months and all ended up fine, but none of them beat the cost and convenience of the freshest TJ doughs for $1.29 each. (The key is finding the freshest batch imo because some will sit for a few days.)
I've been diggin Vito Lacopelli's biga pizza dough.
I like his youtube channel. Sometimes I have a hard time understanding him and sometimes he doesn't explain things thoroughly...but he knows his stuff.
If you like big butts
That's the flatest butt I have ever seen
Be back, dialing 1-800-Mix-Alot
Better dial 1-900 if you want to get it right
Got a rack of ribs and some chicken legs to run for my first smoke on the Weber, pretty excited.
Into hour five
Started watching videos about pizza dough making
Ended up watching this one guy the wood fired oven chef or something like that cook every damn thing from pizza to ribs to potatoes to spatchcock chicken all in his big bad ass wood fired oven in his backyard
Now I want a big ass wood fired oven
That’s my end game. Outdoor kitchen area with smoker and lots of counter space.
First crack at wings on the KJ tonight.
I'm talking something like this
Yeah something like this is what I’m looking for. Counter space, kamado and I’d like a griddle in one section as well.
Lamb, sea bass, and squash on the grill. Made a mint chimichurri to go with the lamb. Didn’t get great grill marks on the fish because I used foil but I was very happy with the taste and consistency.
brought wings to a pool party today. They were delicious
A bit crisp but they were delicious
Feel like I’m in the inception upside down scene. But those look great
Uh I've had a few beers.
It’s a bbq Saturday so I would not expect anything else
I'm not even sure how I took that picture.
Ribs came off late last night, vacuum sealed for later this week.
Corned beef on now
Corned beef recipe and directions please?
I just buy pre-made corned beef from the grocery and treat them like brisket, smoke at 225-250 until “done” 193-200ish. Basically until probe tender.
Pizza made with some leftover butt
couple racks before this nasty storm hit
