I hate iceberg lettuce in all forms

 

A crisp piece of fresh iceberg on a burger isn’t bad.

 

Iceburg lettuce is basically water. It’s one of the least potentially offensive foods I can think of.

 

Of course the Burger you can’t get except for in the writers home state is the one ranked #1

An LA food writer ranking McDonald's above In-N-Out is quite a choice.

 

Fuck iceberg lettuce forever.

Somebody posted it's "basically water." FUCK THAT. Water is great. Iceberg lettuce ruins everything it touches

 

Dick's is great. Never had it sober, but that's kind of the point.

 

I like some nice, crunchy iceberg lettuce. It's not great for everything, but it's great on a BLT...and some other deli sandwiches.

 

Have always been an In and Out hater, tried it again earlier today and still miles behind Five Guys and Shake Shack IMO.

I went to 50 West this weekend, Cincinnati chain whose theme is different burger styles for the different states along US Route 50.

They have three locations, two new in the last year. The original also has a brewery.

I had the Maryland and it was very good.
