Damn external was down and just got mine this past week and caught up, such a great season. I don't think things will be mind blowing like BB was given it was all unexpected and we somehow know how this ends. But think this beats BB for me just given the character development. Kim was exceptional this season.
I enjoyed bb more because we had no idea what to expect and it was new but this is a tour de force of a show and they hit it out of the park. it’s probably a tougher job to pull this off than bb and they made no mistake as far as I am concerned. Incredible
I’m on BB season 4 and I saw some Jimmy in Saul that I definitely wouldn’t have noticed the first time.
In S4E11 after Gus wipes out the Salamanca’s he tells Hector that there is no family left. Lalo was alive less than a year before in S2 when they kidnap Saul. He wasn’t in the pool poisoning. What happened to Lalo?
This is true. Or maybe Gus thinks he is dead, but Saul knows otherwise. These writers are too good to leave it untied.
I forgot Gustavo Fring was on an episode of Community. Well the actor, not the character. Though he does play a devious character.
and again what a job by Peter Gould to put these actors into the right spot. Gustavo is incredible as well.
I’d find it odd that jimmy won’t know if lalo is dead. He is the main character in the show and had had a face to face encounter with Lalo in his home. If they kill Lalo, somehow Jimmy has to never know. Otherwise that line makes no sense. And I find that crazy
In BB, Jimmy didn’t seem to have knowledge of what Gus and Mike were doing so with that groundwork, it seems reasonable he wouldn’t know
Esposito also had a turn in the later years of the show David Simon did way before the Wire - Homicide: Life on the Street, which was loaded with talent.
I continue to enjoy BCS more than I ever enjoyed BB. That said, if there's one emerging flaw it's that the show is sort of painted into a corner with respect to Mike. His seeming invincibility is a bit much, but, obviously, we know he lasts into the future, so it's hard to create any tension around his character.
Awesome show. He actually turned up on The Last Dance this weekend when they went back and showed clips from Do The Right Thing with Spike Lee's Mars Blackmon character.
I just got to the part of season 2 where chuck hits his head off the counter In the copy room I haven’t been reading this thread so no idea everyone’s takes up to that point but I wanna post mine! Find you a Ride or die like Kim wexler Chuck needs to get over himself I do not like him. I don’t blame jimmy for the doctored documents but man that was making me cringe Very weird seeing hector Salamanca walking around normally There was an episode where jimmy went to get a suit and on display in the background you could see Gustavo frings famous suit. That was cool
I’m very sympathetic to mental health but fuck chuck, mental illness doesn’t make you a manipulative asshole to your own brother for your benefit
just you wait, both these shows are so incredibly well done That mug that jimmy received from chuck « second best lawyer in the world » is such a perfect illustration of their relationship. Chuck giving it to jimmy, and jimmy hanging on to it . also the karaoke scene. Incredible
his dick is also virgin so you can also try to live through it if you want to re experience not having sex for a considerable amount of time
Fuck you IHHH , tell your mom I drained the bank account she set up for me. Top it up so I can get some fucking KFC.
By the way your son looks like a futur cocksucker racer , one day you will come home and find him on his knees in front of another man
