it should be the last place Big12 team vs a last place team from some other conf and call it the El Try Bowl
also I’d 100% go to a cat bowl game in Monterey and then to a beach after, tickets would be cheap because our fans are scared of Mexico
That’s funny because I saw others reporting that he hinted it would be $20MM per team which would be not at all in line with the big 12. Should we trust Stewie or not idk
At least the projections (AD) Pat Chun and I and others have seen,” said Schulz, “I’m not sure that it will be a lot larger than we saw in the past, (and) it shouldn’t be smaller than in the past. It may be fairly flat.”
I looked in the comments to that thread, and the entire big 12 just melts down with every stew tweet.
From what I gathered, he compared their most recent TV numbers return from last year to what big12 TV numbers are. It was like 380 mill and big 12’s is 385 or something like that. Doesn’t include the bowl payments, etc that go on top. I find it hard to believe P12 will receive the same post usc/ucla
Was that 385 with texas and OU though? Split Zone Duo guys have said for awhile the money will be similar to Big 12. They seem decently credible.
Here is what the article said. I have strong doubts that would be true considering no one even seems to know who is still bidding on the rights.
CBS, NBC and Fox are out. Believe ESPN only wants a 10pm slot. That leaves Amazon, CW and some other streamers
for wazzus sake i hope he’s right, they’re at an $11.5 million budget shortfall due to the PAC-12 last I read
The behind the scenes leaking by these conferences is so funny. If the number and exposure is close they probably hold onto most, if not all, the Pac teams. If it's way less money or exposure that league is a west coast aac.
its because he’s a turbodouche who regularly pushes positive pac12 stories based on incorrect data or out of context quotes. he’s about as reliable as swaim
Goddammit. Give me the Big 12 and free my soul. I want to get lost in your rock and roll and drift away.
