I was hoopin at a park years ago and a Mormon hopped right off his bike and did a windmill dunk with ease. It was even more impressive when you consider that he did it with no caffeine.
It's more than that, though. They're not a bunch of Bob Cousey's out there. They're Euro-stepping and dunking and shit.
Was so shocked when I would watch So You Think You Can Dance and like every ballroom dancer was a hot blonde Mormon girl.
It's genuinely impressive how bad USF has fucked up post-Leavitt (aside from lucking into Flowers). The indoor facility ground breaking got some nice headlines but no idea how they're gonna pay for that let alone a stadium without mortgaging the entire university.
I have watched casually WVU since I was like 7-8 as they got a lot of coverage in WPA but never seen that before. I'll be damned.
This has the exact same energy as the conservatives are getting better at comedy and its making the left nervous.
I’ve always said that there should be a scheduling period like there is for recruiting. Like after signing day in feb and before spring camp is when you can fill out your OoC schedule for the next year. That way ADs can schedule appropriate games for the current team they have. Didn’t make the CFP because of your SoS last season? Now you can look for a currently strong team to schedule and play next season. Your conference schedule is brutal this year? Now you can schedule some cup cakes for your OoC Not only would that make relevant and exciting matchups every year but that scheduling period will bring college football excitement during a usually dead period for college football news. There would be new matchups announced everyday as they get signed
BYU and Coastal Carolina scheduled a game 48 hours before it was set to be played. I think doing it 5-6 months in advance isn’t that complicated an ask.
That article didn't even read like Boise St. or San Diego St. were all that interested in the AAC, it was more Colorado St. and Air Force. Maybe it ends up being CSU/Air Force and then two from CUSA (UAB the most obvious choice, not sure who the other one would be. Maybe UTSA for an upside play?)
American handling this all wrong. Taking the lower/mid of the MWC doesn't help. Taking good teams helps. Should have gone App St/ Louisiana/ Coastal/ then maybe one west team or someone in Texas or Fl.
