NC A&T to the CAA
DII Lindenwood joining the OVC
Tennessee St wants to go FBS. They're gonna need to seriously invest in their facilities if that's their plan
OVC might not exist soon
Bryant to the America East
Wouldn't be surprised if New Haven became the 10th member of the NEC, replacing Bryant. I know they have some ambitions to get up to D1.
The NCAA will probably tell them no because NCAA.
Have heard some chatter of Gonzaga to the Big East for bball only..
Lol that’s worse than WVU in the Big XII
Edit: probably not
Is the TV money really that much more significant? Seems like a silly move considering being in the WCC doesn’t really hinder them these days.
Midweek conference games starting at like 4 PM local time sounds awful.
They're never gonna win the NCAAT so they want something to compete for I guess
All of the extra travel involved for everybody involved would suck ass
Clearly, this would be in the best interest of the Student-Athletes
This is fucking stupid. Like indescribably stupid.
Lamar back to the Southland after a year in the WAC. Seismic change to the intercollegiate athletics landscape
BYU is gone so the only other consistently good program is Saint Mary’s.
Lets see what that means for Oklahoma and Texas.
Would be hilarious if they stay next year
Why would it be hilarious? Give us the 14 team Big 12 for two seasons. Sounds fun.
Let me have an excuse to go to Austin. Thanks!
It would give me an excuse to go see family and friends in Orlando.
Maybe everyone would like it so much they would decide to just keep it and stay put
We come to you. You have already come to us
I need UCF to beat Texas for the Big 12 title the year before Texas goes to the SEC. UCF can claim to be SEC champs in perpetuity.
we beat florida who has a national championship within the past 2 decades. therefore we are already sec champs.
They will send Texas to UCF on Sept 1 for spite. At least this time if Texas comes here in Sept we will have water fountains.
this that stuff i do like
Well if it’s two seasons it might be one here and one there.
Refs will still decide the game for Texas though. #KyleWasDown #Never4Get
I wonder if Scott Frost ever thinks about what could have been
Maybe but he’s a bad coach so I would be surprised if his success continued at UCF
I don’t know, it looked like he was doing pretty good at UCF in his comic book origin story
sources indicated this will do jackshit to help them make more money and thus doesn't matter.
Close, but it should be 9 conference games.
So if OU and Texas don’t leave before 2024, what’s the most annoying thing the conference can do to them?
I assume they will send Texas out to BYU in November. Maybe have them play at UCF the week prior.
Send em to Orlando in September
They should send OU. Texas actually has money to pay the conference.
Austin is pretty fucking hot.
yeah man I don’t think heat will bother the Texans
You don't know what that humidity does til youz initt
Do trees sweat in tejas?
Deez nuts sweat in Florida.
It’s not the heat that gets you, it’s the humidity.
