It's just hard for me to comprehend how out of touch an institution would have to be to not see what is plainly visible to everyone itt. It's probably that they're paid well not to notice or care. So I guess it is both.

 

This is worth protests. This is worth upheaval.

 

Lots of the old people have an ingrained interest in the status quo so they don't care enough to notice/fight and the people who have an actual sense of urgency don't have enough power to change things.
