it’s going to hurt people that do things on the side to make extra money. Billionaires aren’t hiding cash by depositing $650 at a time
I think it affects the guy making $800k while claiming his business made $50k more than anyone. I don't think someone having having extra $1k a month deposited would raise a flag.
the IRS is going to go after the little fish because it’s easier. Simply raising the amount that triggers the review accomplishes what you are saying without hurting someone that pockets an extra few thousand dollars doing auto repair or yard work on the side
That's fair. Not sure where the $600 came from. I'm on boars with them having the info, but I'm also ok if the number was $50k.
someone should dumb this down for our stupider posters so they can understand it too just looking out for Corch and @rv217
One of the biggest and most underdiscussed parts of having the presidency is filling judicial seats in federal courts. It makes a huge huge difference in a bunch of different ways. It's like the grass roots knocking on doors of the judiciary. And public defenders very frequently have a particular opinion of both the system and those who flow through it. They tend to be far more liberal and not great fans of police. That's not universal but it's far more common than if the seats were filled with prosecutors or lawyers with a corporate background.
As Rachel Levine is trending: Just a friendly reminder, it's always okay to cyberbully TERFs and other anti-trans bigots
Just reading that article, looks like causation was a possible issue. If the fetus tested positive for meth and other drugs, she definitely should've been guilty of something. In Alabama, it's a C felony if the child just tests positive, Class B felony if it causes serious injury, Class A if it causes death.
Yeah, I don't see how that's some sort of tragedy. 17 weeks is a little early I guess, but I can't sympathize too much with someone who gets 4 years for doing meth while pregnant.
The problem is the anti education (defund all public ed because socialism) and the pro education (we need our fee based, butts in seats tuition model) people are both against it.
40% of Americans can't see past the brainwashing to realize what normal countries do for their citizens. But here, if the military needs another $10B, just put it on our tab. No problem.
the true meaning of freedom is crippling debt for shit others around the world get for free as long as I don’t have to wear a mask.
Let’s put our Charlie Kirk hats on. Curious, America. You throw logic out the window when you’re afraid of what the military might not be able to fight. And you throw logic out the window when demagogue makes you afraid of the world. It’s almost like fear plays better than hope.
It's higher than 40%, there are tons of liberal paste eater fucks that think this is the only way to live.
I absolutely cannot get enough of these cops quitting in droves over a vaccine. I hope they all end up working as Wal Mart greeters
Can’t wait until they realize a high school diploma and a career of oppressing people aren’t really life skills that give you too many options. At least we have people with the skill set to fill all those jobs these same people wanted to run out immigrants for.
We need her to trumpet the idea that we keep saying we can’t afford stuff, but never question the war machine. I figure one “let’s means test military spending” would set the right wing world on fire. Also, who would have thought the correct messaging for Defund the Police would be Vaccinate the Police? God finds a way I guess.
Was thinking we need to look at recent immigrants to fill those police jobs. That will set the world on fire.
I feel like by the time they die it's going to be far too late. They should've retired ages ago, they're ruining our futures for gains now that they won't even be able to enjoy. Like why the fuck is Diane Feinstein still doing this shit? What about Nancy Pelosi? You're rich go enjoy your money you sick fucks
