Unfortunately, the two Republican appointed judges on the federal three judge panel that oversees a related redistricting case already stated that they will approve the maps the Ohio Supreme Court held violated the Ohio Constitution.

In effect, the federal panel will be the final arbiter instead of the Ohio Supreme.
