Today's episode of The Iron Dice was really good. It's a history podcast that documents the events of the weimar republic. Today was a short one off that compared today's landscape to the Weimar. When I saw it pop up I rolled my eyes because I find those comparisons extremely lazy. However I thought this was extremely well done. Highly recommend. It's short. 25 minutes.

Crist has improved imo. I still think his education views aren’t great but he’s been hugely vocal on social issues recently. I like Fried but I don’t think she stands a chance against DeSantis. Crist probably can’t win either but I think he’s got a better chance.
I don’t expect her to win the Primary but I voted for Fried today. know I am in the minority but just feel Crist is the same damn formula that keeps failing and I at least know Fried would campaign her ass off. Rather lose loudly w Fried than quietly with Crist

ya know, i knew something smelled about him. I started following him on Twitter a year or so ago and he was just too much. Just the constant self promotion and back slapping he was giving himself became quite annoying. Sure I overall agreed with his message, but something just seemed a little fake about all of it. Almost gave off OCCUPY DEMOCRATS vibes. I ended up unfollowing a few months ago and had to mute him because twitter kept on shoving him down my throat despite the unfollow. It's not surprising that he has had some demons come up.
