Their job is to entertain, not provide historically accurate biographical information. For anyone to suggest his doing so helps white supremacists is looking for an excuse to be a white supremacist. My wife watched the doc that was in. I saw some of it. Swift basically says she was told or learned her whole life to just be pleasant and keep your opinions to herself. She seemingly learned that was bullshit at like 28 years old (like a lot of the board if not older and we're not insulated by massive wealth and fame) so I kind of relate to her on that point and think she does a decent job with her politics.
