I’ve said it before but they need to ban Fox News from the White House press core. Just say you can’t in good conscience allow a group that promotes white supremacy every night in prime time to have a seat at the table. I know Obama tried it but didn’t have this as his reason. Fox won’t change anything and the right will go apeshit but it’s a defendable position and shows some backbone.
It’s not up to the White House though. It’s up to the White House Correspondents Association. Only thing the White House could do is not call on the reporter who represents them.
Does lamb still keep his house seat or do Dems lose that? I think fetterman has some stances I disagree with but can’t recall right now. However, I’m mostly in favor of anyone from the left who establishment politicians don’t like, unless it’s bc they’re psychos. https://www.inquirer.com/politics/election/john-fetterman-pa-senate-race-endorsements-20220511.html
I think you listen to Majority Report. They were panning Schumer's speech before bringing the women's health bill to the floor last week. Sounded like he was about to go to sleep.
I hope Fetterman squishes conservative Dems under his boots day one. I don’t mean this metaphorically or figuratively, I want him to stomp them until they are no more.
not fully open. Unaffiliated voters may vote in either but if you are a registered democrat you can only vote that primary (and vice versa)
Beasley is the former state supreme court Chief Justice, lost by 400 votes in 2020. Budd is in the house. He’s based around Winston Salem and has typically represented areas between there and Charlotte. Has the Trump nomination, guns all in his ads, about what you’d expect. I would guess a victory of 100-150k votes or so, maybe 200 on the high end.
she would’ve been the most beatable candidate. her plus the gov nominee would’ve led to an easy dem sweep
