Nicholls wasnt that great team & you did what decent teams do to lousy ones. Its not like its something KU can even say at this point
Nicholls is the #11 team in FCS. They’re an FCS team, but they aren’t a bad program. It’s one game, but I was happy to see us come out looking as strong as we did.
They came out and imposed their will on weaker team. Heck of a start, but you're not KU so its nothing to go overboard and celebrate about.

I feel like we should have dropped after that week 1 performance. And Iowa State should have as well.
Oklahoma St was the only squad that was interchangeable with Nebraska/Iowa St. I think based on what I saw out of Nebraska’s defense they’d have something for OSU. Iowa St still gets benefit of the doubt for returning much of their ‘18 squad.
They're great.. if you want to drink +8 of them and get hammered asap. Significantly less amazing if you want to actually enjoy what you're drinking.
Iowa st. didn’t return Montgomery or Butler and it showed. Their offense looked terrible and they’ll have a long year if they don’t get it figured out soon

I would never rob ku of their rightful place in the Power Rankings. They were so close to pulling off the upset yesterday. Maybe they will next week and Nebraska can work their way to that coveted spot.
