Right, but that guy just hung around and hung around all season last year. You give him too much time and before you know it, you're wondering how he's still there and boom, he's in the finals again.
Paul played well his prior season IMO (outside of taking Nicole to the finals with him); he at least knew how to get the most out of Victor.
That's my point. He was up for eviction like what, six different times? That's why it's stupid for these people to even begin fucking around and letting him manipulate them.
This Cody and Jessica drama sucks. I don't see how anyone can be pulling for them other than the reason being to shake up the house
It's like they stacked the house this year in Paul's favor like that one year with Boston Rob on survivor
Jess can be a good player and her instincts are pretty solid, but she can't let Cody go. Compare and contrast Paul between this season and last season, he is capitalizing on a house that is relatively weak, IMO. He can easily trigger Mark because he's mentally weak (using Josh) and Cody can't help himself because of Jess. Still don't think Jess would sacrifice Cody for her game.
the problem is that it's too late to sacrifice cody to save her game. She had to make that deal prior to veto ceremony. Now if she doesn't use her hex, she goes home. no way the house lets that stay in the game.
Her mistake was playing her HOH safe. Should've put Paul next to Josh from the start and had Alex as a replacement nom. I like Jess, don't like Cody a ton but respect that he got screwed by Megan quitting (which was Josh's doing - fuck that dude, like seriously fuck that piece of shit) and Paul having a secret power of safety, game would be so different if Megan would have just been voted off, when's the last time someone quit week 1? If she stays, Cody wouldn't have lost the trust of his alliance and he Matt and Mark may still have had a final 3, or at least a triple showmance alliance for final 6. Instead he had to nominate 1/3 of the house during his HOH. Hard to not make a list of enemies that way, and Paul united* those enemies and their allies. I just can't believe everyone buys Paul's bs, like hello, dude made final 2 last year after being a lone wolf. He's good
Good points. Matt is laying low - he is my sleeper. Also, it's kind of ironic Jess got all over Cody about being hot-headed and she gets triggered just as easily.
i keep forgetting Josh isn't just this years obnoxious gay guy. Can't believe that guy doesn't know he's a homosexual
You all are giving Paul way too much credit in the thread. You all probably thought Paulie was going to run away into the finals when he controlled the entire game last year. They will turn on him. It's just a matter of time until it happens.
Jessica misplayed her hand with the Hex. She should have went right into HOH room and laid it out for Paul. She could have forced him to negotiate a deal to get rid of a member of the other side if she had told him that she had the power to kill an eviction this week or next week or even just said she has the power to kill an eviction and left the time frame open ended. Paul would have had to show his hand a bit if he wanted his HOH week to matter. Now she is in a position where she HAS to use it this week and then hope her and Cody can run the table in HOH and/or veto comps.
The edit for tonight's show is terrible, doesn't show Paul coaching Jason's POV speech or Paul telling Raven to fake cry. Didn't show Alex and Christmas questioning Cody's military service either.
This is fucking gross. Jessica fucked up her HOH. Made it worse by not shutting her fucking trap about the hex. I can't believe the show edited out the shit that was said about Cody's military experience. I hope a piece of lighting falls on Josh's head and crushes it on live TV Final Destination style.
Can't believe I would end up being a fan of Cody and wanting him to get Paul out from the beginning but that's exactly where I'm at. It was the worst watching Paul tell Josh, Raven, and Alex what to do and they all listen to him during the fight. I actually feel bad for Cody
And all of that was right after he told Jess that "he never tells anybody what to do." Except for when telling Jason what to do and Josh what to do and Raven what to do. And then Paul gets pissed at Jess for backing out of a deal that he never intended to honor anyway. He's a fuck.
I am going to guess the temptation challenge will be pretty powerful this week. Ideal situation for an entertaining week is Cody/Jess winning safety or something better during temptation challenge and then one of them winning veto.
No. Then Josh dies in a freak gasoline fight accident and that's the last show ever. It just ends. Like the end of the Truman Show.
Alex yelling at Jessica for not telling the complete truth while her and the rest of the house lied to Jessica's face for an entire week, Josh running around banging pans, and Raven barking, all at the command of Paul, is probably the lowest gameplay point in the history of BB. That is quite the statement, but I don't think I'm going to back away from it.
He wants to put up Mark/Elena but Paul is talking him into putting up Jess/Elena Xmas got in Josh's earlier about not listening to everything Paul says
It appears the noms will be Mark/Elena/Jess Josh is under the belief that whoever he wants out will go home, disregarding the rest of the house's votes.
Elena just blew up his weak reasoning for putting her up. Just say you tried to vote me out and yeah, if Jessica comes off the block you are probably going home. The fact you quit your radio job and are delusional enough to think you are going to find a job in television by being on Big Brother is a reflection of your poor life choices and not something I can really factor into my decision.
