I approved someone today. IDK if that was you. Yes, there is a link in the original DM. you just have to remove a space. I tried avoid posting it here to keep aussie hackers out
I've always hated walking (as exercise) my whole life. My attitude was if I was going to commit time to exercise, I needed to "feel it". Walking was never hard so it felt like a waste of time. Well I was an idiot. Walking is awesome. It's not hard so I don't dread it and am therefore more likely to do it, and it allows me to catch up on shows if on the treadmill or get a dose of nature if outside. I love it. I'm doing 10-11 miles a week outside plus 2-3 treadmill sessions when the weather doesn't cooperate, and it's low stress enough that I can still do weights 4x a week.
been in maintenance mode the past two weeks while dealing with a whole lot of family stuff. proud I haven't gone off the wagon, just a few heavier meals than usual. Luckily I have managed to sandwich really healthy streaks in between the bad meals to prevent any major gain. weighed in at 220.0 today so only up less than half a pound. should be able to get settled in starting tomorrow and get back in the negatives next week.
Mardi Gras is ending today - that means king cakes stop showing up at the office. That is my weakness, even if I only get a small piece it's still pure wasted calories and a lot of them.
Where Eagles Dare hey man. I tried going in and adding a few weights for me, but it wouldn’t allow me to do so
Rough week last week. week1 (1/09): 201.0 week2 (1/22): 196.6 week3 (1/29): 200.0 week4 (2/05): 198.6 week5 (2/12): 195.4 week6 (2/19): missed week7 (2/26): 197.6 Cummulative Weight Loss: 3.4 lbs or 1.69%
Lost a pound. But I've been laid up with covid for 3 days so that kinda put a halt to my fitness goals
Spent last week at a resort in Cancun for a work conference and while I didn’t stay on my diet I ate pretty well, but I drank roughly a thousand mezcalitas a day so I consider this a success 322.4 313.0 305.1 301.0 296.6 297.0 also Where Eagles Dare the sheet is no longer accessible for me. It disappeared from my list of files when I opened google sheets and the link without the space didn’t work either

Didn't sign up for this, but started keto Jan 6 at 238 lbs. Currently 213, haven't worked out or given up alcohol, so I'm kind of impressed by the hard work I put in to gain that weight in the first place

Doesn't look like my entry took last week so added it retroactively. Let me know if it's an issue and i'll just take it as a missed week (not that it's a good weigh-in anyways).
I had no issues this morning inputting my 3lb gain. Wife's birthday weekend included cake, ice cream, cupcakes, brunch buffet, and bunches of booze consumption. Getting back on track this week.
I've been joining more and more challenges on healthy wage. Anybody else on there? Wish I had joined a few steps challenges before I started my current routine.

Had myself a nice night of drinks and steak and dessert and late night pizza. Felt like pooh this morning, but right back on the train today.
Man, just from my point of view, it’s way harder to lose weight when you’re already not that heavy. Your body takes less calories to function so sometimes it’s easy going over that number. Are you drinking enough fluids? Not doing so will make your body hold onto extra water. Do you exercise? There’s so many variables in weight loss.
I’m losing anywhere from 0.5 to 1.0 pound a week. Not good for the competition but good for sustainability, been sick the past week so hoping I can up my workout intensity to get back on track and knock a few pounds off next weeks weigh in.
Week 0 - 231.8 Week 1 - 228.0 Week 2 - 225.0 week 3 - 220.6 Week 4 - 220.0 Week 5 - 217.8 Week 6 - 215 Week 7 - 213 Week 8 - 209.4 I had been very good about tracking my water and having enough, but I fell off that this week and I'm pretty sure the larger than normal jump is just me being a little dehydrated

Bumped up to 212.5 after going ham last Saturday, but got right back on track. Sitting at 209.5 today.
Clothes are fitting better and people are starting to notice, which is always nice. Looking forward to being back in the 100’s again. It’s been a while.
Its been almost half a lifetime since I was <200 so I'm shooting for 199. That would be a great sight to see on a scale.

Business trip to Chicago today, birthday and golf on Friday. Will indulge a bit for both but strict the rest of the week. Will see if I can work it off
Had a good week but I weighed in after fishing for 6 hours in 15 mph win in a kayak so think I was dehydrated and hungry. However. Getting very close to lowest I’ve been since having a kid.
I’m down a few more pounds but not super consistent at tracking and I’m nowhere near the money so I’m effectively dropping out of the formal competition while trying to continue doing better

I don’t even know what the current standings look like. I’m so thankful I joined though. It really has made me accountable every single week.
