Seriously. Shout-out to everyone that’s still killing it with their diet and weight loss. It’s extremely hard and can be very discouraging at times when the scale doesn’t move, or even adds pounds. I quit drinking cold turkey to do this. I was drinking probably 40+ beers a week… eating unhealthy food and eating 24/7. I’m glad I finally have a little structure in my dieting life. I just wanted to be under 400 before I go to SC for my sisters college graduation. It’s looking like I might hit that goal and maybe a few more pounds under 400 by May 6th.

I had a little hiccup with my vasectomy and couldn’t workout for 2.5 weeks. I didn’t eat great and drank more than normal and ended up gaining 4 pounds in that time. Glad to be back on track.

5 days on my kids spring break in Hilton head, Birthday dinner for my son at a Brazilian steakhouse Friday, and Easter dinner last night 8lbs gained in 1 week. Probably worth it
Nice!!!! This quarter has just been a disaster for me. I hope to end May around where I started. I've got two 7 day vacations to central America. I'll be surfing every day so hopefully it'll negate the calories I consume from drinking

Nice work, dude. I've fluctuated between 207-210 this week. Weighed in at 208.9 this morning. Looking forward to breaking through this plateau and finally getting south of 200.
Same. I'm stuck in the 207-212 range. Been running more and longer than I ever have in my life but spring break, easter, and friends visiting killed my calorie count. Got a month and half and, while 180-185 is my ultimate goal, I'd be ecstatic to get to 199.

5 miles yesterday morning, 4 miles this morning Don't drink at night, then I run in morning, it's that simple.
I've been running farther than I ever have (multiple 5 mile runs and a couple 10ks). Gonna try for 7.5 today. One thing I just cannot tolerate is running 2 days in a row regardless of how far I run day 1 so props on that.
I've got the weirdest injury/discomfort situation with my foot. Doesn't really hurt, just feels wrong. I've been walking a ton and working out, then just randomly yesterday all day long it felt like I had something in my sock, like a bandage or something was under my big toe. I checked multiple times, nothing, but feel it clear as day. Now today, my foot just feels flat. No other way to describe it. I feel like my entire foot is making contact with the ground, like the arch and curvature disappeared. No pain at all, no muscle issues or anything, it's just as if my foot changed shape entirely. I'm baffled as to what it could be to be honest. Still ran 3 miles today though and it didn't affect anything.

Sorry I’ve been keeping track on my phone. Been a busy little bumblebee lately hehe I did have my 3-month appointment this morning. Down 54lbs since my last weigh in at the doctors office exactly 3 months ago. And I was having some dizziness the last few weeks and my Doc said it’s because from eating healthy and exercising and being 4 months sober my blood pressure has kind of fixed it’s self and she took me off my blood pressure medicine. It was 118/84 and that was after a therapy session.
Appreciate it. This is the third time in the past 7-8 years that I’ve done a big weight loss, so once I get down where I want to be the goal is to never have to do another. didn’t get to weigh in this week yet but will do so tomorrow as I get back home tonight
