Watched all the episodes the last week and a half. It's a great show to binge, interested to see what it's like watching week to week. Love it for its ridiculousness.
Really strikes me as odd the Axe Cap would hire this donkey compliance guy. And that they won’t fire him. Is there a bigger play here?
Kinda how that whole world works. Make a name on the regulatory side and then get hired by a private firm and make bank. If he’s the best, that’s who Axe wants protecting his firm.
Mafee should have least gotten a hj. Soder with the wrestling poster and queens of the stone age. Crackle crackle
Strikes me as weird that they have flirted with Chuck for governor for several seasons and when it finally made sense to put it into action for next season they passed. We’ve seen enough of Chuck and Axe pissing contests being the main story line.
knew he was never going to run. makes the show something it never was, a political drama. about to get Axe vs. Taylor and I am ready for it.
I actually would prefer the Axe story if they focus on one. Agreed the Taylor angle plays, but can’t give up Wags and Dollar Bill.
saw this on reddit. basically whenever wendy gives chuck a pep talk, he gains super powers and solves whatever problem he's having within like 15 minutes of show time.
Deep state, fake news, Charlottesville... we get it. Taking on the real life government. Other than that I enjoyed last nights episode. Glad for Taylor.
Can't really tell if Taylor wants new andalov money or is trying to get him to switch from Axe Cap by showing they was the real talent. Either way, Taylor doesnt have the relationship with him that Axe does so it'll get back to Axe. Also, Taylor wanted to be in the raise meetings really bad, wondering if she doesn't use that time to tank Axe and try to get capital for their own shop. either way, seems Taylor is about to be in some dangerous ass territory.
All about ax vs Taylor. Don’t love how they just wrote connerty into being an a diabolical asshole like the rest of them when he was always about justice and the good guy.
was he a diabolical asshole or does he truly believe that Chuck is a bad human being who is directly subverting justice?
