College coaching carousel is so busy this year that a thread about Florida hiring a coach a week ago is only 5 pages, and 20% of it is shit talking about a strength and conditioning coach
Was really a very boring coaching search Fired coach Sunday and by Tuesday had Napier plus it’s probably a good thing we don’t have a circus coaching search lol
I think this is the best hire of the cycle beside Lincoln Reilly who I don’t think wanted a part of the SEC anyway that’s just from me casually following his career through random tweets
I was reading a leadership book last night and one of the pillars was, “when hiring good leaders it’s typically not until the fourth consecutive Nick Saban assistant you hire to try to replicate his success will you start seeing results”.
That and especially recruiting, just writing off pretty much a whole class seems like a bold strategy
I am a little confused as well but I'm sure he's got a plan since he's an elite recruiter. I would have thought he'd hang onto the good/decent commits until he could upgrade them with his guys but what do I know.
class wasn’t good as it is and we only had like 12 commits tbh there is about 3-4 more that we hated the takes for Mullen that we are hoping he processes as well in terms of the staff hires atleast 2 of them we have to wait for the NFL season to end before they are announced
Oh you’re not one of those Reddit summary bots? Come on. Give me some of those juicy nuggets. I want to hear more about this Gibson guy.
As someone not on Reddit I’m not sure what this means but due to our long friendship I’ll just assume Reddit summary bots are well respected members of the community
