It might not be Florida but a P4 school will bring Odom in soon imo. Guy is a great recruiter but was in a tough spot at his first hc gig. Went to a terrible school to prove himself and is winning. He also has a great staff with him

I like his OC and would expect a pretty solid defensove turnaround

wont ever happen but we've done much worse in the past

 

and he’s a great recruiter that wouldn’t solely rely on the portal. Marion is an amazing recruiter and Odom is great

 

I wanted Norvell to try and get Marion a few years ago, he was his position coach, but we stuck with the mid fellows

 

we needed a WR coach and Dillingham had just left for oregon so "OC" title had opened up

 

but no

 

marion didn’t want title only or he would’ve stuck with sark

sark is never giving up play calling for good reason but that’s the only reason Marion left or they would’ve given him oc title too

 

he probably wouldn't have had interest in this OC job then

Anyone saying Odom just wants us to fail. I partially judge coaching hires by how our rivals feel about it. Ain’t no one scared of Odom.

To be fair he was pretty terrible for us, but he screams Tennessee man and not Orlando man. He also has one of the best NIL programs in the country that covers up his lack of recruiting, so work on getting some deranged fans that are willing to throw millions because they are tired of being mediocre.
