Been listening to the soundtrack on Apple Music while schlupping the kids around on errands this weekend. So good
So the Bluey Big Play is cute but it’s very short. Like 40 or so minutes for the whole thing. So probably worth knowing that going in. it feels like a pilot and not as fully produced as say the paw patrol show. But if your kids like Bluey it’s a fun time
Haven't seen it yet but I always assumed so after the episode where she chases her dad and the kids around her childhood land and the one where he comes to the city and plays Uber eats with the kids. We've only ever seen him
Whenever we watch Family Meeting, I'm always a little taken aback when Bluey says that Bandit 'blew off' in her face.
Saw the bluey play this past weekend. Agree with the others in this thread. It was good and the length was just long enough for my toddler to watch the whole thing
Went out to dinner tonight with my wife and 2 year old son. “Never gonna get it” by En Vogue came on. My son stood up in the booth and started dancing. At the end of the song he dropped a “Blueyyyy!” loud enough so everyone in the general vicinity could hear. It got lots of laughs and head nods from other parents.
Not really a reference to anything. My son just picked a random-ass song and pretended like it was the intro to the show.
While Bluey is clearly guilty of cultural appropriation here, she has transcended nationalism here, I think, and the shirt is cheeky and fun.
Cricket episode is another good one. All of these have been great. Luckys dad is the best character in this show
All the "Bandit makes me feel guilty" stuff has a pretty simple answer. You can be a better dad if, like Bandit, you: - Play with your kids. - Don't be too busy for your kids. - Indulge your kids from time to time. - Be nice to your kids. - Realize your kids are more important than your job or sports or looking at your kids.
