Coulda won state
Its the sunbelt conference- lets not overreact here.
The guy is just a weird dbl apologist
The Sun Belt has good baseball. Coastal Carolina won the national championship two years ago.
Ok- ill concede that point.
It is, actually. FSU travels to Boise in 2020.
Edit-Sorry, has already been posted.
Yes. Brandon Larson was a god in spikes.
And you played on that team with Juan Pierre?
He wasn't on that team. He came from a Texas JUCO the next year.
Did you letter/ever play?
Na RS my FR year and then tore my shoulder up in summer ball. Never played again. I was around in 98 but couldn't even practice. I've never claimed to have been great. Only brought it up bc of the no college comment.
Wait FSU is going to Boise but moving the home game to Jax? Why would they do that? Seems like you'd make more money from a home game.
Na teams make more for the neutral site games bc the city pays them for the game. That's why Bama plays so many.
We will make more money in Jax.
Yeah. They also open up ‘20 against West Virginia in Atlanta.
really had no relevance since I’m not sure the fact you were a “d1 athlete” is documented anywhere. You saying that was pointless
I just clarified that yes, he indeed was a member of a D1 athletic team. That’s not apologetics, it’s a statement of fact.
Maybe not offering the same kids but FSU and UCF coaches both frequent the same HSs around the state, talk to the same coaches, interact with the same kids all the time. Something which probably does not occur very often with FSU and Boise. It makes sense why FSU would rather play Boise than UCF for that reason alone.
Same is true with USF but they play them regularly.
How did you clarify this?
If your point is that I don’t know from personal experience whether dbl went there or not, you would be correct. I have no reason to doubt him though, he hasn’t exactly been the most anonymous poster on here.
Hes capable of lying
Not that he is, I’m just saying nobody has clarified anything
Glad we said no and we can settle this silly argument once and for all
Also, love this other anecdote from Beckton:
We needed an SEC staff and we basically got an entire one, if it’s a good staff remains to be seen
Is there a single coach on frosts staff that has experience in the SEC?
Who gives a flying fuck? They're not, and were never going to be, coaching in the SEC.
You’re welcome for letting him go to his second choice
Don't try so hard. It's unbecoming of an officer of the law.
That quote from from Beckton is hilarious after the "He was staying at UCF over anywhere but Nebraska!!!!" posts.
