lol what a fucking retard. who does that?
Don't feel like reading them
The thread title clearly states that this thread is for bookfags. Kindly leave.
Ban! Ban! Ban!
are you copy pasting from a linux shell or something. what is going on with this?
Ricksa gon rick.
Don't judge a country by the mistakes of an illiterate spoiler.
shrug, don't know why you fags are getting all uppity about what he did. i did the same thing, then went and read the books. t didnt ruin shit for me. if he wants to read the spoilers, get off his case and let him do it
No one is stopping him from doing it. It doesn't change the fact that it is a really gay thing to do.
Because it ruins the experience.
It's like blowing your load minus the five seconds of nirvana with Alison Brie.
didn't ruin the experience for me any. to quote the illustrious MILEY CYRUS, "IT'S ABOUT THE CLIMB"
You are most definitely a bitch iron islander.
you know nothing, scrub.
Unless it's about gangster rap, over complicated handshaking, billabong clothing company, or gawdy accessories for an escalade, we don't expect you to understand.
didnt like the way the white walkers looked.
what didnt you grasp?
why you dissin my threads?
Because you be trippin yo
Lets get the thread back to the normal level of gayness, not this super gayness we're currently experiencing.
Fuck you 514, iron islanders are not to be dissed.
They're to be tenderly loved in the anus by their life partners before getting their adopted little asain girl ready for bed.
because they're fags
According to the books the baratheons, martells, and tyrells are fags. Not iron born.
Agreed, based on the dark outline we saw in the very first episode of season 1 I was expecting a much larger and menacing looking thing. Instead it reminded me of the crypt keeper.
Well according to the book, you can be a fag and still be a ballin' ass fighter....which is obviously false.
same here. i was expecting white uruk hai looking creatures. not skinny shriveled up old men.
As far as the Others, they aren't as I pictured on the show, but it's the show and not the books.
Maybe something along the lines of Prince Nuada from Hellboy. /nerd
From the author: "GRRM recently wrote: 'The Others are not dead. They are strange, beautiful… think, oh… the Sidhe made of ice, something like that… a different sort of life… inhuman, elegant, dangerous.'
is better than this
how do you know images? my mind has blanked
is it [ image ] or [ jpg ] or what?
rep, young blood, rep
figures that sura would love the ironbabbies
so after seeing this in the first episode:
i was thinking they would look something like this, an image of urukhai from LOTR but more white:
instead i got this guy:
not a fan
I definitely didn't picture an Uruk hai, but I didn't picture what we got either. When I read the book for the first time years ago I pictured more along the lines of what GRRM said, an elegant like creature that looks like he was made of glass or something
I was thinking something alone the lines of this but with the blue eyes, more wild looking, etc
colonel_forbin , something like this?
WBN , I think this is from the illustrated Game of Thrones.
Yea somewhere between
team i don't give a fuck what the others look like
And weren't the Others completely silent while one was fighting Royce? Wish they had been silent in the show as well
one of them spoke in the prologue fwiw
gotcha, couldn't remember
yeah definitely something like that. i dont know what kind of powers these things have other than controlling wights, but i was thinking they had to be really creepy and intimidating looking to strike so much fear into everyone (including the reader) when we don't know shit about them.
did not think they would look just like white men.
I think they just move silently through the forest. I don't think they're actually mute.
ironborn are badass. they're not overly interesting or have great dialogue, but reading about their (Victarion) brutality is entertaining. it's like watching 300 or something. it's not great by any means, but it's fun to watch.
also, what's going to happen with euron/victarion/dany/the horn is one of the most intriguing parts of the upcoming book.
team iron born, but i love just about everyone and everything in martin's world.
