Aren’t we going to have to take the cap hit even if we trade him? And at best we’d get like a 6th rounder for him, right? Seems like he had zero leverage here and could fuck himself over if we just don’t trade him
People keep asking the Browns are going to get out of their naming rights deal with FirstEnergy as a result of the bribery scandal. As if that's the sort of thing that would bother Jimmy Haslam.
Athletes should hire someone to accept all DMs and expose these shit heads Jacob Garrison recently got his PGA card it seems.
He was the 2nd leading tackler as a rookie and the best thing coming back from an abysmal group. It's a big loss, imo
Really nice signing. Brings experience and leadership to a young group...and young defense overall. Can cover as well.
Terrance Mitchell and karl joseph sat out today too. I think I read starting secondary was Ward, sendejo, redwine and Olumbo? Eek Regarding Bradham... Reason he took so long to sign was due to physical and not being able to get into team facility. NO just signed him a few weeks back. Strange cut, for sure.
It sucks but I'm used to watching DB's I've never heard of. Usually it's not till the second half of the season though
Hard pass on Thomas, aging vet and will want more money than he's worth at this poimt, combined with the fact he was a head case in Baltimore and Seattle at the end not sure our locker room is able to handle that.
Looks like the Browns are one of the teams in on Thomas, per Schefter's report this morning on Sportscenter.
I like the curtis weaver pickup. I was shocked that he fell as far as he did in the draft. Sounds like Miami was hoping to sneak him thru waivers and put him on IR. That's why browns will/should wait until Sept 5th to put Delpit on IR. After that point he doesn't go thru waivers.
