Eh, this is the best DL in the league, pretty much. The one INT was on Gary B, but I didn't see the other.
Haven't heard much about him. This team is going to be bad. I shouldn't say that because they had an okay year last year but I'm just beaten down.
What did you guys think of Dump's performance in the NFL thread tonight? Do you guys claim him still or not?
ProFootballTalk @ProFootballTalk 2m2 minutes ago Anti-Triplets for the Browns in 2012 regular and supplemental draft: Brandon Weeden, Josh Gordon, Trent Richardson.
How much you wanna bet it gets announced today that Pryor made the team? Brian Hartline @brianhartline 21m21 minutes ago I wonder how much diff a NFL team would look if you asked their professional teammates who they would want to be on the team beside them.
What are realistic expectations this year? I've been a bit removed from the team this fall, but it seems like 6 wins is realistically the most we can expect?
If he does I did not expect that but I kind of am after this tweet. Is Hartline your most hated OSU player or do guys who played but were awful like Corey Brown the DB rate worse?
Ceiling is probably 7 wins like last year. Floor could be 2 or 3 if the QB play is atrocious. Defense should keep us in most games though.
Team looks pretty much identical to past year. If mccown keeps the turnovers down and the run defense improves, I think they can win 8 or 9 games. That's best case though. Reasonable injury luck and they match last year's record imo.
Called it..... Albert Breer @AlbertBreer 3m3 minutes ago Terrelle Pryor survives the Browns' initial cutdown to 53.
That's what happens when for 2 years you need a WR and draft only 1. A guy who has bad hands in the 4th round the 2nd year
our wr corps consists of two veterans who might be toast, a project who's never played wr in his life, and a bunch of fringe guys who are gonna spend most of their short careers just trying to scratch out a place on the 53MR. the fact that a mid round pick couldn't even make the roster... i mean jesus christ, he must have shown absolutely zero ability all camp long. and last year's 3rd rounder was traded for peanuts today. has to be the worst drafting franchise in professional sports.
If you expected him to beat out Bowe, Hartline, Hawkins, Benjamin or Gabriel I would say your expectations were an issue. I thought we would keep 6 and he'd be the 6th guy. I was surprised by Moore and Pryor. Judging by the tweets of players they seem update Lenz didn't make the team
I would expect a 4th rounder to make the roster pretty much by default. I don't know who I expected him to beat out, but it's a weak group and how many mid round picks get cut every year?
