We hit a homerun in the first round. We better not fuck up in the second. Would like to get Jalen Strong in the second round with 43. If he's not there, get an OLB. Maybe take a chance on Randy Gregory if he's available.
My wish list: Safe list: 1. Jaelen Strong WR 2. Eli Harold OLB 3. Eric Kendricks ILB 4. Owamagbe Odighizuwa OLB 5. Eric Rowe CB 6. Devin Smith WR Risk list: 1. Green-Beckham WR 2. Randy Gregory OLB 3. La'el Collins OT
Strong, Smith, Greene WR Gregory OLB Perryman ILB Williams/Walford TE One of those names would be fantastic. Greene as a 3rd rounder. I would be happy as a pig in shit if we somehow landed Strong and then were able to get Greene in the third. That would be one hell of a duo at WR.
2nd and 7th for 2nd 4th and 6th. 4th and 6th to drop 8 spots. Like it 3 4ths and 3 6ths. Wondering what is the deal with Strong dropping
How good does a rookie WR need to be for Farmer to draft him? And how bad does a washed up WR need to be for Farmer to not sign him? How was the obvious choice just not taking Strong there...
Because this isn't the Patriots. It works when you have talent already on the roster and can stockpile picks and roll them over from year to year. The Browns need as many guys that can contribute now as possible. Just my opinion.
Considering he's still falling and the other teams drafting WRs took other guys there's a reason he's slipping
And you don't get guys that can contribute in the 4th and 6th? We need a lot of positions and the hit rate for Cleveland isn't great so more picks = more chance one of the picks works out. Also if Strong and Williams and Harold are all still there when the Browns are up you can all suck my dick
Fuck I hate twitter, fucking OSU writers spoiling the pick. Fucking stop getting behind NFL Network and ESPN2
Grayson, petty, and hundley still on the board as well. I imagine they'll take a flyer on a qb at some point.
Why? What you're saying makes absolutely no sense. They should take a guy at 43 that they can take at 51 while also getting extra picks?
We discussed Orchard when we did the mock and we passed on him because his film. Haha nice work Browns. Also I say again, what's up with Strong because it isn't just the Browns
Who in the blue fuck with the Browns has an aversion to drafting offensive skill positions before the end of the draft?
Don't mind going OLB and this guy seems decent enough but Gregory is way better if an edge rusher is what you want. I think this is silly he is falling this far. I imagine the Browns have taken him off their board. Oh well.
Browns linebacker Paul Kruger has been mentoring Nate Orchard about life in the NFL since last summer.
When you look at the playmakers left, regardless of position, he was near the top of the list. Crow and West will still be the guys pounding the ball between the tackles, this gives us a really nice change of pace guy.
If we're committed to running the ball, I'd really love to see them get Jeff. He's underrated as a pass catcher, and we all know he's a great blocker.
