The big thing out here in Cali lately is people breeding a shit ton of strains and then passing off the testers as top shelf. Lot of suckers will buy into the hype and marketing and pay full price for mediocre stuff.

I've been around too long for that shit, and I stick with the OGs. The classics are still some of the best you can get when grown right. I will say that I had some strong ass purple for the first time in years. If you can get some legit Purple Urkel, it is a very strong indica with that grape soda smell and flavor on it.

I’ve always heard buy a one trick pony when it comes to a vape. One that does only flower or only concentrate. Each type produces a different kind of resin after use and can mess up the quality of the vape when mixed. Pax is good and I’ve heard that Atmos makes a good one, too.

I never smoke flower anymore, solely do wax/shatter. But just bought a big sativa joint for the first time in a while and now watching a replay of the MNC.

Living where weed is legal is even better than I imagined.

 

I am turning into a dab smoker, I still love smoking green but shitfire a dab does the trick. My new routine is hit a dab in the evening and pack a bowl and take it easy with the bowl, it just gives me something to puff on.

 

I do not like dabs. Makes my lungs hurt more than usual.

 

One of my friends played Willie Nelsons music festival a couple of weekends ago. The gift basket was a ton of different weed products, he said the coffee is just perfect, hopefully I can get some. Weed and coffee are an amazing duo

 

Just don’t like them because I don’t need to be that high. Anymore, I’m just a puff of two tops smoker. Haven’t felt the need to chief in months, though. Last stuff I got was called Pink Lemonaide. Super citrus smell, still have over an 8th.

 

I do need to get that high, but with dabs i dont stay that high.

I really need to take a break, but the first couple days are stressful. Been smoking pretty much every day for about 6 years.

I’ve taken maybe 2 breaks that lasted longer than a week.

 

I was a daily smoker for about the same time period. Now a quad can last me months. It’s great.

 

The sad thing is that I quit coaching college football because I didn’t want to be a hypocrite.

 

So any tips on how to occupy my time without weed would be great. If it’s the weekend, I’m smoking all day long. Weeknights I usually get home around 6 and will smoke 2-4 blunts before bed.

 

My tolerance is high as hell but I look at it as more levels of being high

In my example, when I was smoking the most I was going through about a zip per month. Started filling my day with activities where I couldn’t smoke, like going to the gym. Then, when I found other hobbies that took place of chefing, I cut my purchase down to a half zip per month and started a savings account with the extra money I saved. Then, I would start weighing out an allotment for the week and limit my self to only that. Once my tolleance was significantly lower, I’d find certain times where I could smoke a bowl and just have free time to chill. Moved my smoking schedule to only after work and then to only weekends. Sunday AM with some coffee on the porch. Monday afternoons when golf is dead and I can be the only person on the golf course, or a Saturday playing a card game with some buddies and enjoy a few beers.

 

Drinking is an obvious answer though not the most helpful

Exercise, reading, music, all the shit you didn't do bc you were high...

I certainly wouldn’t recommend it, but it all depends on how brave you want to be. It’s also not exactly necessary depending on where you’re planning on traveling.

Things my have changed since I’ve been, but it used to be that you could get off of the metro at main tourist spot of a big city and you’d have people semi-whispering any drug you could imagine under the sun. In Barcelona they ran a cover as beer vendors selling singles (vending beer has since been cracked down on but I’m sure they’ve figured out different fronts). Also, you’re going to feel a bit uneasy parting with money and watching it switch hands like 5 times, going god knows where, but I never got burned
