I personally find the d9s better than the d8s. I sleep much better and they kick in twice as fast. Haven't tried 3chi though
Yeah, from my understanding, delta 9 is more potent. 3chi ships, and I’m a sucker for podcast promo codes, and they are great tasting. I believe delta 9 is what they sell in dispensaries, so I’m not sure how they ship it.
I usually do half of a 3chi d8 or a quarter of a d9. They can get around it because it's by weight, so the d9 gummies are just a lot bigger. Wild to me but I'm in texas, so I'm happy about it

My d9s are 10mg but also have cbd. I'd probably do a half if I didn't have little ones that don't sleep like normal humans, but 2.5mg does me right. D9 can be legal as well, as long as it doesn't breach the weight requirements. For me, d8 is a little less relaxing, takes more to get the desired effect, and I don't sleep as well after taking it. I'm personally team d9.
Delta 8 is a less potent version of THC. Delta 9 is the “real” version. Depending on the brand of delta 8, it can still have the desired effects. Most delta 8 gummies are 25mg, while most delta 9 that I have seen are 10 mg. Those 10 mg are more potent than the 25 delta 8 mg. Both can be federally legal if they contain less than .3% THC. And delta 8 is more than CBD.
I really enjoy the 3chi products. They recently started selling delta 9 edibles as well. I’d recommend getting a pack of each. I use delta 8 on weekdays and delta 9 on weekends. I’d start with a 1/4 or 1/2 of either. Takes anywhere from 45 min to 2 hours to kick in for me.
You can buy both in south Carolina. Baron 3chi is a big name and I've tried their d8 and enjoyed it. I posted a link above to d9 that I like from hometown heros. Haven't tried the 3chi d9, so maybe those are better.

Watermelon 3chi is my favorite. None of their delta 8s taste shitty. I think they just had an issue with the first batch of delta 9. Also, they sell cookies and brownies and rice Krispy treats. They all taste good.
