Mew has made herself and her opposable thumbs at home
Congrats on the new landlord
I for one welcome our new feline overlords
sorry Emma ... how old was Max?
So sorry, emma
Max was 13
Battled hyperthyroidism for a while, lived a normal life without pain or side effects with the help of meds. Things fell apart yesterday though. Had congestive heart failure, legs stopped working in the morning and was howling in pain. Guy was strong and the chillest around, but a blood clot sealed it.
that really sucks man. We have a 10 year old cat that we got from a shelter soon after we got married. I never liked cats before but man I love that cat as much as my dog now.
Not the greatest pic, but this is Fatty McWhiskers (Fats for short). We named her that because she was going through so much cat food. Finally realized that the dog was getting on the counter and eating all her food.
Mew has discovered Planet Earth
(young pussy craves BBC)
Took a couple of months for the barn cats to realize I'm a soft fuck and they are lobbying hard to get let inside.. wish I could. Sprucing up their living arrangements as the next best thing..idea is to frame and insulate a section, put perches, some nice bedding, a window, going to make a communal litter box of sorts etc.. lots of shit, both literal and figurative to clean out first though..
I’d let them inside
So would I if it were my call
Have a garage they can stay in for the time being?
water is a big deal for outdoor cats, particularly in winter in cold places. putting out water that's not frozen once or twice a day will keep them happy and healthy.
Not admonishing you. Just saying from their looks, no way I could turn them down :3
It's heartbreaking and it turns out there are some downsides to living rent/mortgage free..
We have a huge metal box in our backyard with a doggy door and lid on the top that I put 6" plastic foam insulation covered in nylon and there are a couple cats that live there in the winter. We moved it from our old house and it is against the side of the house protected from the wind. I put water/food out, but they dont beg to come inside. Sam our cat hates them, but has realized they arent going anywhere.
We have 3 inside cats & 2 outside ones. If i brought more in then im sleeping in the box lol
Cat life phase two engage
Cat life final phase flex
I would like to pet this kitty
Found upcoming cat show in my area
Anyone have a cat that builds a nest? Maddie has 2 blankets in a corner and will bring an assortment of socks, small stuffed animals, towels, etc and keep them on her blanket. Cracks me up.
yes and it’s usually under our platform bed which makes it a pain in the ass to bother to clean up
No but one of mine likes to be covered up in blankets or old tshirts or really anything made out of cloth that can fit over her. She’ll get excited at the sight of laundry because she thinks it’s going to be new blankets for her.
Took Rambo to the vet the other day, now he thinks his carrier is where he sleeps.
Wow. Bryant won’t go near his carrier and hates the vet
Ramsey is usually the same. I got out the carrier and sat it on the dryer and he just jumped up there and got in it. And now continues to sleep in it.
he does still hate the vet though.
lol if I even open the closet where my cat's carrier is located she makes herself scarce.
If I bring the carriers in from the garage, my 2 cats start looking for somewhere to hide
Put it in a different closet. #lifehack
Lemmiwinks the best
THEY DREW FIRST BLOOD NOT ME
Fats is being a bitch today but she looks friendly
Chloe going everywhere where she isn’t supposed to be
I turned the light on in the room
looks like a true visionary
His paws are like......adorbs.
Gato is such an asshole, we have a board up in the kitchen to keep the dogs contained when we are busy and his game is to knock it over and rile up Sally
Lol at the wary look on the cat's face
bad habit of yanking on his tail when he’s on table or counter lol
